Great Location for Convention Center Events

Easy and very accessible place to stay for Convention Center Events. Well equipped for large parties.

Disappointed Weekend

The property was in a great location, but the house was not what it seemed to be in the advertisement. All the pictures were beautiful, but the house needs some thorough cleaning and up keeping. The carpet going up the stairs was very dirty as well as the carpets in each room, the game room had 5 games and only 1 worked, the bathrooms had no rugs to step on when getting out the shower, some of the rooms had no comforter on the bed, the furniture was broken down, 2 of the throw pillows on the couches had holes with stuffing coming out, the refrigerators didn’t get cool, spider webs were on lights in kitchen, the walls and doors were dirty, linens on bed had some stains as well. It is not the homeowner’s fault by no means, if it’s not being reported by the cleaning crew or managers. The only reason we didn’t leave the property is because, we had family to fly and drive from many miles for my son’s graduation.

Fantastic Home

Sixteen of us stayed at this home during a soccer tournament in January, mix of adults and teens ages 16-19. Everyone loved it. The rooms are beautifully appointed. Beds are comfortable. There is an appropriate amount of main level seating for eating and watching TV. Plenty of dishes, wine glasses, nearly everything you'd need to cook/serve up 16 people. The weather was cooler (60s) but the pool was heated, a pretty decent size for a FL pool, and well-used. The neighborhood is beautiful and the house is across the street from the clubhouse. It hadn't opened to the public yet, but it appeared to be finished and near ready. Patrick (property mgr) was easy to communicate with and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
