The Resort has a communal clubhouse open to all guests with its own large pool area with an awesome water slide, hot tub, and a lot of sun loungers for everyone to enjoy the sunshine.
You can always get a break from the hot Florida sun outside in the large covered lounge area with outdoor TV?s and tables.
Solterra Resort also features an air-conditioned clubhouse, gym, lounge with comfy sofas, playground area, Tennis courts (you will need your own balls and racket), and beach volleyball.
Close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
*Note: Guests who wish to utilize the Amenities, a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in. It costs $45 per house/ per stay.

Our registration process is 100% online, for your convenience. Upon booking your reservation, our Reservation Team will forward a copy of a Registration Agreement for your review and signature. Once we are in receipt of your signed Registration along with a copy of your photo ID and Credit Card, your booking will be confirmed and check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 24hr prior to check with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.

Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise.

Optional Extras:

Pool and/or spa Heating is offered upon availability for $ 50 per day plus tax, with a 3-days minimum. Please be certain to advise us if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided, but refillable propane tanks are available upon request.

Great House For All

This house was a great place for our family vacation. We had up to 12 people in the house at once and everyone had plenty of space. Very clean and organized. The kids loved the pool in the back and the adults loved the fence that blocks off the pool from the little ones. Only down side would be the kitchen did not have a lot of cooking/baking supplies, no pans or mixing bowls. Very close to many stores. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is as advertised, it was a nice tranquil getaway with an immaculate property well appointed for up to 16. Location is close proximity to attractions and the community is safe and secure. If given the opportunity to rent this home again, I would not hesitate to do so and encourage large families to book often.

It was AMAZING! it didn't feel like a vacation, it felt like home. Ive traveled a lot and almost all of the time, the hotel or resort looks nothing like whats advertised. I would absolutely love to come back and stay at the exact same property!

We were amazed when we got there I was a bit skeptical at first because you never really know what your gonna get until you get there and I’m pleased to say everyone bragged on how good of a job I done picking the home!

Great time!

Thank you for having us! Loved the house, beds, pool, etc. The check in process however, needs worked on. The line on the road blocked traffic for over 30 minutes to get through the gate. Permanent residents versus tourist/VRBO stays made an extremely long line on the main road. I felt bad for those who live there, stuck in the same line we were. (Although they had another lane to enter through, it didnt seem they were doing so). Other than that, it was a great time! Clean, quick responses with questions, beautiful house! Oh, we forgot washcloths as well...completely missed that when reading the check in papers. Thanks again! We'll definitely be back!

Not ready for us.

As is true in life, there were good things and really hard things about our time at this home. Positive: 1. Clean. 2. Nicely appointed. 3. Lovely view. 4. Reimbursed for a mistake they made. 5. Went the extra mile to send pictures of where to park after 3 cars got towed (not their fault). 6.Waived the fee for late check out because of the chaos we'd experienced. Negative: 1. Wrong door code in the check-in materials, didn't answer the phone right away. Got right code at 5:30pm 2. The internet was out until our last night which made communicating with rental company on the online platform difficult. Also, couldn't watch TV or connect with our families. (Phone signal weak inside the house) 3. The hot water was out. (Got fixed the first morning) 4. They forgot to turn on the pool/spa heater. (Gave us a day reimbursement) A few more things that will save you a lot of trouble. #1. This resort lets you have passes for 5 cars but those won't all fit. Parking requirements are strict and confusing. Here's the tip - Don't park on the street no matter what. Drop cars at the parking spaces in front of the condos. If there's no spots left, go ahead and park on the grass and sidewalk. You aren't supposed to but the towing company can't tow you from there. They will on the street. (The rental company provides parking in the garage and driveway - 4 cars. Towing not their responsibility.) #2. Expect a full 36 hrs for the pool to reach temp. Expect 48+ for the spa.

Great vacancy

The house was clean. We had some probleme with the door the first day. The code was not the good one but we had fix it quickly by sms and phone. We rent this house for Disney. It take between 25 to 45 minutes to drive. It can be great if the garage could have a babyfoot and pool table and other amusement. It's been a great vacancy!
