Not a newly updated home as advertised! It looked abandoned when we pulled in. No attention to the outdoors in what looked like months. So much debree on drive & walk we couldn’t roll our suitcases. I tried calling the listing co & local mngr for 2 days with no response until I contacted VRBO headqts. Pool area was a huge disappointment. The brick patio was stained & dirty, sunk in at one end. Weeds were growing up in the cracks. The patio table & chairs were old, paint pealing, dirty, & holes in the fabric. Only one reclining pool chair, old and rusted. The debree & dirt got tracked in the pool. The screen had a hole which allowed leaves in that just broke down and never got cleaned up. The hot tub never got warmer than the pool even though the heat was on. We spent a great amount of time skimming the pool & brooming the patio. The inside of the house wasn’t bad despite a sink that wouldn’t drain upon arrival (maint. eventually came & extracted a tooth brush, no drain stop in the sink) and ants in the kitchen. The game room was so disappointing. The carpet was old, stained, holes. The couch had a big rip in it. The foosball table was old, dirty, wobbly, and no balls! After finally hearing back from the local manager, Amazon delivered balls on day 4. We tried to level it with cardboard. A yard crew showed up at the end of our stay & mowed the lawn. The clubhouse pool was great. House needs attention, location was good for Disney attractions.
