We had a great experience staying at Jurassic One for a week. Everything was high quality including the sheets, bedding, towels and mattresses. I especially loved the high tech showers with digital temperature control. Most importantly the property managers were extremely kind and responsive whenever I had a question. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect!

The home was absolutely perfect. I’ve been to Orlando many times and this was the best home yet. We will return to this home over and over. No need to look for anywhere else to stay. Only hiccup was the grill but it was repaired quickly. We were a group of 12 and had more than enough space.

Very nice place

Everything was very nice and clean. The themed rooms were really cool and everyone enjoyed them!! Only complaint was the pool started to get dirty, with algae growth from all the rain. We notified the property manager and someone came out to take care of it!!!

Golf trip

House was exactly as seen in the listing. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Sunny pool area with no neighbors behind was a huge bonus for privacy. Comfortable beds. Plenty of dishes. We didn’t use the movie theater but it seemed very cool. Watched basketball games In the pool and hot tub. The only thing I would recommend, is to replace the family room couch. It is too small, uncomfortable and falling apart. It didn’t match the quality of the rest of the house. Not a big deal though, as we were spending most of the time in the pool

Super fun house!

We stayed here with our wedding party during our wedding weekend and had a great time. The attention to detail in the room theming was so fun, and there was plenty of space for everything. Beautiful home.

The house was excellent, very clean. Had all the things we needed to cook on. We enjoyed the pool and spa and movie theater the kids enjoyed. Had excellent space and plenty of sleeping space for us!! We enjoyed no problems at all!

Really amazing getaway!!

Thank you stay was amazing had everything we needed except oven mitts but we ended up buying some. Family loved the movie room and the outside pool projector we had some there almost every single day. Pretty well located from the theme parks didn’t take us more than 30 minutes to get to Sea World or Disney World. Hot water was a problem on day one but we worked around timing for the future days so it wouldn’t be an issue. Really amazing stay would stay here again in the future.

Great Property!

Property was located in a great neighborhood. Conveniently located just outside of all of what Orlando has to offer! The property was clean and looked just like the photos. The pool/spa was awesome! Check-in instructions were super easy to follow. Overall would definitely recommend!

Family vacation

The house was beautiful and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool and even went to the water park area one day. The ice maker on the fridge didn’t work- but host offered to pay for the ice we bought. We couldn’t get the projector by the pool to work at all- so we enjoyed the theater in the house. Great vacation was had by all!

Home away from home.

The house overall was amazing. I love the movie theater room. This house had plenty of room for the kids to have they own space. Pool patio is set up so nice with mini refrigerator, TV, bar etc .. so much space. It was easy checking in and out with no problem and they are so nice .Also respond really fast when messaging. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful.. they have a daily trash pick up... Over all I would recommend this place and probably would book again.. Thank you for our week vacation

We had the best time for our family vacation! We enjoyed the house so much! It was clean and exactly like the pictures. The parks were all close by. The kids loved the movie room so much and the games upstairs. I highly recommend this house for a family vacation.

Beware- roaches and false accusations.

Our experience started positively with a smooth check-in and initial satisfaction with the house however we began to notice a roach infestation. Despite contacting the property manager and multiple visits from exterminators, the problem persisted, causing significant inconvenience and discomfort. We provided evidence, including videos and photos, illustrating the severity of the infestation. Upon me requesting compensation, we obliged to discuss it upon checkout, assuming the property owner would address the situation fairly. After checkout, we were accused of damaging a curtain rod on a window that was never even touched and staining comforters, which is completely untrue and seemed to be a deflection on the bigger issue at hand. They also sent pics of dirty unwashed towels in the floor and stated they were stained, these towels were left on the floor as instructed and had not been washed. They then acted as if they were doing me a favor of returning the security deposit. I see false accusations was a complaint in another review as well. The way they handled the issue was disheartening as we would not lie about damages. We spent time extra time daily cleaning up roaches and couldn’t even leave food out at dinner. Roaches were even in the icemaker and climbing along the counter. We had a large group of families and moving houses and paying out of pocket was not an option and with each visit from the exterminator we hoped it would improve but it did not. Do not recommend!

Highly recommend

Our overall stay at Jurassic One was great. My nephew loved the theater room and we all watched a movie on the screen over the pool. The small issues we encountered were all fixed within hours and didn’t disrupt our stay.

Vacation without leaving the house!

We had a wonderful time at the property. House was clean and as described! Host was very responsive and helpful anytime we reached out beforehand. We had no issues with the house, host or resort during our stay. The showers in the house were amazing. The house was beautifully appointed. The kids spent most of their time in the pool, but watched a few movies in the theater, and a movie out by the pool. Both options you can use your streaming services with. We added pool heat and it was worth it! Very comfortable to swim any time of day. We enjoyed the game room and playing cards at the big table. The game room was in working order, which we've found in other houses, isn't always the case. The door to the pool has an alarm, which we liked. It beeps if you open the door to the pool without pushing a button first. The added layer of security was nice. We made popcorn for the movies and served it in the provided popcorn buckets. Several small touches like that made it very homey. As for the resort - there is a large community pool right down the street you can walk to. We enjoyed it, but the water was cold, so we went to the main resort. Heated pool and lazy river (bring your own tube or buy one at the shop there) and kids playscape splash area was great. We rented a cabana for the day, bought lunch at the concession, and enjoyed a cocktail by the pool (bring ID). We didn't try the volleyball or tennis, but next time. Absolutely a 5 star home. We'd definitely stay again.

Room for all

Pictures tell the story. Had 12 of us in the house with plenty of room. Tons of bedrooms and bathrooms, pool and hot tub were a hit, big kitchen and lots of places to lounge. Oh and don't forget the fun game room. About a 40 minute drive to Universal Studios and sometimes more with traffic. We'd go back for sure!
