Contact wjth the hist was east and response time was spot on. The house was amazing. There was something for everyone to do and we all had our own space. About 20 minutes from disney and food was right down the road. The location was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommend this property!

A touch of class

Mrs. Jane's house is more than a vacation rental...Her home is very well maintained and the description given on VRBO is accurate and much more.I'm a detailed person and I noticed the quality of her home and it's belongings immediately. ( A touch of class that has been well taken care of).My family and I were we're astonished by the comfortability and aesthetics of her property. We are very grateful that she helped us make our vacation feel as though we were at our home. I will definitely recommend her home to family and friends when they visit the area.
The well maintained swimming pool kept the kids busy so that we could relax.🎉🥳😁

Wonderful Pool!

We had the best time in this house. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was lovely. The hot tub and pool were easily the best we have ever experienced in Florida during our many years of renting houses in the Orlando area. The water was just the right temp.The child protection alarm on the pool doors was a worry gone.

Winter Getaway

The house was clean and spacious and the pool and spa were fantastic.They had some beautiful flowers blooming at the entry of the house. Jane was a wonderful host and when we had a problem she took care of it right away. The house is not far from Disney World and Universal and is close to grocery store and restaurants. The TV in main room was a hassle because you had to reboot it aa lot, and they need a different grill because the one they have is in bad shape. I would recommend this property for families with children .because of all the activities have. Thanks Jane for a wonderful vacation thehave.ThereT

Memories with the Grandbabies

It was plenty big and the beautiful pool/spa was very much enjoyed.Appreciated: pack n play, high chair, adjustabe kid toilet seat, kid's kitchen, workbench, books and some games (pieces missing). It was not private as stated and camera's on property. Beds were comfy.

Great Place

Great home with plenty of room for the big family. Great pool with privacy. Great neighborhood - one way in and out of area. Amazing communication with property Manager Jane - never needed her but she followed up making sure we were ok. Close to restaurants , all your shopping needs and close to parks. Loved it 5+++++.

Best Place to Stay

The house was amazing! The cleanliness and comfort made our much needed vacation stay wonderful! The host was very helpful and sweet and I could not thank her enough for allowing us to stay in her beautiful home! I hope anyone who books this location enjoys it as much as we did. All you need is your clothes and some food to stock up on and everything else is there. I will book again upon my return to Florida 😊

Wonderful relaxing mini vacation

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here. It’s exactly as listed. Very clean and relaxing. The only minor issue we had was with the amount of chlorine in the pool, but Jane took care of it very quickly and on the day we were out to the parks. The house did feel hot at times throughout the day and night which we couldn't do anything about since it was passcode controlled. But overall I loved my stay here I would highly recommend it.

Incredible family home!!

Absolutely overjoyed with this house. Everything you may have forgot....will probably be here already. Very clean. Family friendly. Very roomy, open, everything you need to just stay and do nothing. Master bathroom is incredible. Pool area is the best place to spend time. Shopping is close, restaurants are close. One thing to keep in mind, the ac wont go past 72, and that florida heat is something else for this WV girl (lol) but we would still stay here again. Owners are so nice. Great neighborhood. We heard an ice cream truck one day but never saw it, i think we missed it. Stay here, you wont regret it. It feels like home honestly.

Great stay!

The house is great! Very spacious, several entrances to pool area. Kitchen has everything needed, including a few seasonings that someone traveling will definitely forget (Salt, pepper, etc.) we were traveling from PA, and asked last minute for early check in and pool heating for a few of the days and there was no hassle! Great and quick communication. Not 1000 rules to follow or expectations when you leave from the owner. They provided wifi, which is essential because the reception in the area is not good. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice house, well stocked

We enjoyed our stay here in April 2023. It was nice to have our own pool at hot tub and I was very happy to see the security on the doors and pool to keep our little ones safe. One comment was that you have to pay extra to heat the pool. This wasn’t included in the listing but Jane was great to work with on the communication on that. The house was well stocked, rooms were comfortable and there were pool floats and toys for the kids to enjoy.

Overall great house!

Our kids loved this house! The highlite of the trip for them was the swimming pool... even over Disney, the beach, Aquatica water park. They're water kids🏝 There was so much space, with 4 bedrooms for our family of 4, that 2 rooms pretty much went untouched. The owner was excellent. Didn't matter what time I messaged her, within minutes I had a response. I'm a bit of a clean freak. So there were a couple cosmetic things for me. Overall, it was an excellent trip🌞

Florida Trip

We had such a good stay while visiting this property. The house was very clean on arrival and was stocked with all sorts of things. There are plenty of activities for the kids to do. Communication from Jane was also very timely as well. Thanks for the great place to stay on our trip!

Welcoming home with a toasty pool

My family had plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were great and actually set warm enough to enjoy despite the cold temperatures during our stay. The home offers some nice amenities not always present like a good selection of cookware, gas grill, and some basics like paper products and laundry detergent. Also included are lots of family games, pool toys, as well as some toys and items for younger kids. We particularly enjoyed the arcade machine which had a nice assortment of games. The location was great for us but is a bit further from the parks. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet compared to other areas we have stayed. Overall we enjoyed and would consider staying again .
