Great location!

This was our first time staying off Disney property and we really enjoyed our stay. It was about 15-20 mins to the parks. We did have a minor issue checking in at the security gate but Carly was quick to respond to their phone call and the issu quickly.

Perfect Home away from Home

Our family of 5 from Canada just spent two weeks at this amazing property. We have been to Windsor Hills a few times but appreciated all this home had to offer. It had everything we needed in a home away from home with all the added perks. Loved being a few steps away from the clubhouse and the kids had a lot of fun with the built in arcade in their room. Our daughter wanted me to make sure I added that she loved the remotes in each room where she didn’t have to get up to turn on and off the lights lol. The waffle maker and supplies were also a bonus. I really appreciated the built in ice/water in the fridge. This saved us a lot with the hot weather we weren’t prepared to have. We love the location and having Walmart two minutes away along with the parks only being 10-15 minutes away. We used the pool more this time so the floaties were a nice added touch. Everything about this home was comfortable and the communication between ourselves and the host was impeccable. It was very hard to leave and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot in Orlando

We stayed at The Primrose for a weekend for a quick Disney trip after our cruise. We could not be any happier with the property. It really is the perfect spot. It’s super close to the parks in a nice gated, safe community. The property has all the amenities you need plus some extras. Walmart is around the corner though if needed. We had plenty of room for our family of six plus extra room if grandparents would have come. My favorite things were the washer/dryer, location, big closets to store luggage, adorable deco and the bath tub in the master. My kids absolutely loved the Mario themed room with the full size bunks plus the gaming area, the TVs and the clubhouse/water park area. My husband loved the Mickey & Minnie waffle maker and the Keurig. We all wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to staying at The Primrose again.

Awesome place!

This place is great! I’ve stayed at many rental properties and honestly this place exceeded them all. The Mario room was amazing! My kids loved it. There was more than enough room for the four of us. The couch was extra comfy and so were the beds and pillows! There were more than enough towels, which is not generally the norm for rental properties. There were so many kitchen supplies (plates, cups, silverware, etc.). You will need laundry detergent if you intend on using the washer and dryer, which is common with rental properties. It was no big deal as I packed some from home. We were so busy there that we didn’t get to enjoy the pool but it was a perfect space outside for a quick dip in the pool. It was very close to the entrance and to the clubhouse as well. Very quiet spot! We hope we can stay there again in the future!

Exceptional Stay at Primrose

We are a family of 5 that prefers to stay in vacation homes for the space and flexibility. We have stayed at many over the years and Primrose was absolutely exceptional. This is a new rental, completely redone by the interior designer owner. The details of the decor and the thoughtfulness and thoroughness in the anticipation of a family’s needs went above and beyond. Aesthetically, it was beautiful and an exciting house for our kids! I was absolutely sold on the MarioKart room. And even though that room was for my children, 12 year old me said I needed to book it! I loved that there were 3 full sized beds in the room for my 3 kids, which other home options lacked. My kids also loved the arcade games in the room! The home is easily accessible within WH. It is at the front of a very large neighborhood, so it was an easy in and out. It is also directly across from the waterpark. Quick easy access, but no noise issues from being close. Amenities within the home were standard. Starter packs for items like tp, paper towels, trash bags, etc. I do have to say, their starters were very generous and great quality items. Plenty of kitchen and kids items within the home. Walmart is 5 minutes down the street if you need anything else. There were a few very minor hiccups during our stay, but communication was with Carly was excellent with a quick response time. She truly wanted our stay to be wonderful and went above and beyond. We had a great stay at Primrose and will visit again!!
