Windsor Hills is the closest resort neighborhood with private pools to Disney World. Don't fall for other listings that say they're "close" to Disney but are actually ~10mi away through heavy I-4 traffic that can take 45 mins. Windsor Hills is practically across the street from Disney property, and will have you to the parks in no time!

Kids didn’t want to leave
Group of 4 adults, 4 kids (3-9). We loved the home. So many amenities and things to do, you literally don’t have to leave the home or the neighborhood. You can tell a lot of thought went into making this an awesome vacation home. There is some wear and tear that can be attributed to some guest not respecting the property but nothing that would prevent a future stay. Ryan checked in on us and was quick to respond back. Checkout was a breeze, no mile long list of duties which was appreciated. We still did our best to tidy up to show our respect and love for the home. We look forward to booking again in the future.
