Great Place

The best part was the kids room!! All four granddaughters stayed in the room and had a blast together. The location and communication with the management team was perfect.

Out getaway

Everything was great we had a couple bumps in the road with the late departure and Jacuzzi. The management was able to fix it so overall the stay went well. I would stay with them again.

Great house!

The house and location are great! We loved the room with the bunk beds and slide and all the Disney scenes painted on the walls. Our grandson loved it. We had a few issues. The pool was not heated for the first 24 hrs we were there. And the place shows signs of wear. It could use a little more maintenance on cosmetic issues, nothing that effected the enjoyment of the property. We would definitely stay there again.

Family staycation

We had a wonderful time staying here! Our toddler loved the princess room and the Mickey Mouse playroom and slide. The upstairs had a lot of carpet which was perfect for our crawling baby. The home is very spacious and you could fit several families there. We loved having so much space for our little family, but could have definitely brought others along!! Plenty of towels, clean linens, and all smart TVs. Kids also had fun in the game room. Spent a lot of time in the pool and at the pool in the neighborhood. We will definitely come back!

Great time!

Me, my husband, our grown kids and our grandbabies very much enjoyed our stay! The house was great although there are several maintenance issues that need to be addressed. ( tp holder coming out of the wall, wallpaper peeling, dishwasher detergent door broken off,etc.) None of this affected our time here though! The kids loved the pool and slide. The Mickey room, Harry Potter room, and princess room were all a huge hit!! Very conveniently located. Walking distance to Target. Would definitely stay again!

Disney trip

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. House was not like listing. It was beat up. Lots went wrong. No downstairs heat or air had to have service come and 1 person missed going out for a day of vacation. Next day refrigerator was leaking and not making ice. The day after that we saw roaches on kitchen counter. The day after that the keyless entry stopped working couldn’t get into the house. It was a Sunday and I had to wait until someone called me back. There was a lockbox with house key in it they gave us the code and that didn’t work. Thankfully we had left a door unlocked and we got in. So much stress on our Disney vacation and this property was very expensive. I plan to try to get some kind of refund for all the mess we dealt with. Vrbo gave them a preferred home but this needs to change. It was HORRENDOUS I want my money back!!!!

Loved our stay but communication let us down.

We loved the house. It was perfect for our party of 19. Lovely and clean and spacious. The proximity to Disney and universal is brilliant and a target and Walmart close by too. Couldn’t fault the location of the house itself. Our main niggle is with lack of communication with the property managers when we needed assistance. The property advertisers that pool towels will be provided and no need to bring your own. There were none. Upon contacting on our first day, we don’t get a response until two days later (apparently no-one answers at the weekend which is not great for arrivals!) to say they will get back to us. No-one ever did. We had to buy pool towels. We also contacted to say there was a very loud noise coming from a pump next to the property which we assume was for the pool and no response at all. We’d requested the bbq and was only given the code to unlock it two days after arrival (because again emails were not responded to over the weekend). Final feedback is on one evening, the neighbouring property has new arrivals and during the evening has a house party. We would estimate around 50 guests, starting cars up out front, sounding horns, shouting, playing music, walking up and down the street and directly outside our property until 4am!! We were never given any numbers to contact for such incidences. I googled and managed to find a number for security on Storey Lake. I felt our property managers communication was lacking and we were just left to it.

Roomy home with nice decorations

The home is great. Beds are nice and comfy. Kitchen supplies are in dare need of replacement. Pool area is fenced which is great for the little kids

Great House

Very nice place. Tons of space and great location for Disney and Disney Springs. 10 minute drive. Whole family enjoyed the place and we would stay there again.
