Great house for a family

Kids rooms were great, pool was very private, house was clean and ready for us on time and the communication with the property manager was good. It’s about 20-25 minutes to Disney, 45 minutes to universals epic and legoland. Supermarkets and convenience stores were all very close by. Thank You

Beautiful, clean, spacious, and quiet

This townhouse was absolutely beautiful! The house was super clean with plenty of space. We had a total of 12 people on our trip, including kids and adults, and there was plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen is modern and spacious as well. There is a master bbedroom downstairs that didn't have a theme. The master upstairs was Harry Potter theme, which I absolutely loved. There were two kids rooms. One was Minions and the other was dinosaurs. Both rooms had 4 beds. The only complaints I can even come up with are that the previous renters had so much garbage that the bin was full and there were 8 more bags in front of it, and that the parking spots are quite small. Otherwise, you'll love this townhouse. Oh, and its a gated community which was super safe and quiet.

Nice House but amenities lacked

The house is nice but nothing is included, One bath towel and 1 hand towel per person, no wash clothes, no cleaning products, 1 roll paper towels, 1 roll Toilet paper per bath for a week stay... no coffee, salt & pepper or cooking spray. You would usually see a few staple items as we did a full grocery and then had to go back again for the common items every rental has included. The house pictures a grill outside but they charges us for an addtl grill as they said the one pictured was not included, It was there also and had a full tank of propane. No baby items included, and they need to keep up on bug control, we had to have them spray for small kitchen mites on counters.

I WILL NEVER STAY HERE, OR WITH ANY PROPERTY OWNED BY THIS COMPANY AGAIN

We have used VRBO for years and never had a problem until we stayed here. The owner/manger confirmed prior to our arrival that several things were included, however when we got there they claimed that it was inaccurate information, that everything is extra. I reluctantly paid for the extras because at that point they have you trapped, and the pool heater continuously shut off, only giving us one day out of the week where it was comfortable to use. On top of that there were several electrical outlets that were cracked, including 1 that was so bad next to one of the beds that a child could easily stick their finger in it and touch the terminals! I would have never brought my kids here if I knew how dangerouse it was.

We arrived in the evening on a Saturday. When we got there the gate code didn't work. We tried for over an hour to get in but couldn't. We messaged the owner and just got a pre-made message saying they would get back to us during business hours. We had small children with us and we were all tired from traveling and were now stuck in the van we rented. Eventually someone came along that lived there and let us in after we showed them our rental contract. This happened for 3 more days, sometimes more than once a day, with us sometimes waiting for over an hour and a half for someone to come along. We messaged the owner several times but nothing was done until after we contacted VRBO and they finally got the owner to get us a new code. This is listed as luxurious but it is not. Things are broken and the upstairs carpet looked like it had been peed on by an animal (we did not bring any animals). The trash and recycling were sitting outside the garage and were overflowing when we got there. The listing says there are 2 parking spaces but that's not true. There is room for one very small car if you park directly in front of the door. The small space in front of the garage would maybe fit a smart car. The pool was the only shining star of this house. It was wonderful after waiting hours, in a hot van, to get into the gate or a long hot day at Disney.

Very nice

This property was in a great location that felt safe. The house and pool were clean. There are some minor cosmetic repairs that need to be done, but none of those things had any impact on our stay. The rooms have adorable themes and there are plenty of beds which makes it nice to be able to have your own space when traveling with a group. The parking is really tight, but sufficient for 2 average size vehicles. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and Clean

My family and I stayed here from June 2-15. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe with a required gate code for entry. The house was very clean with lots of space to branch out in the house. Property management was responsive. They do not provide washcloths—only towels. This is listed in their paperwork, but I had overlooked this. A quick Walmart order and all was well. There were some minor issues: the right hand utility closet door was not on its track and was in danger of falling the entire time, trash pick up did not occur despite us having the cans out by the road, and some of the towel fixtures in the bathrooms were broken/missing and taped to the wall. None of these greatly impacted our stay negatively, but I was worried about excess trash when we left. One of the main reasons we booked this house was because my son was looking forward to playing the PlayStation pictured in the Jurassic Park room, but it was not present. You actually had to rent the console which we decided against. We were busy visiting Disney during this trip, so he had plenty to do anyway. The pool was well-maintained. The beds were all comfortable. The house is about 24-40 minutes from the Disney parks, so still quite convenient for us. Our family enjoyed having multiple TVs to watch whatever we wanted. There were lots of cute Disney appliances, but we did not use them. The dishwasher did a great job on our dishes. I would definitely stay here again.

What a Great Place!

Exactly as shown in the pictures, the kids and adults both all looked at each theme room with amazement! You just can't beat this house. Ok you want the bad stuff? Here goes, 1. It could have been a little cleaner, but on a scale of 1-10 10 being the best, it was still a 9. 2. The towels, there was enough, but just enough and no extra and they were the cheap kind, but they were clean and a decent size and in good condition. 3. Parking, there is space (barley) for one car at your front door, but there is a single car garage so if you needed to you could park one car in there as well. 4. lastly, there were a couple of obvious (but minor) maintenance issues, broken towel bars (2) in one of the bathrooms leaving you no place to hang your towels, and missing game controls in one of the theme rooms. VERY MINOR STUFF. Overall, forget everything I just wrote, it was all minor stuff that would not change my overall opinion of the house one bit. I hope the house is available the next time we go to Disney, we will definitely book again!!
