The house is spacious and beautifully decorated, but the experience was marred by poor maintenance and deceiving information regarding amenities. The bedroom king size mattress is well past its prime, and the front living room furniture is so worn that you sink into the frames. Most disappointing was the pool; we were told it was heated to 88°F, but it never rose more than two degrees above the outside temperature. Which was very disappointing because we paid extra for the heating of the pool. Management was incredibly passive and refused to fix the heater or negotiate a partial refund. I wouldn't recommend this stay until they address the furniture quality and provide honest information of their services.

We loved how much space we had. It was close to Disney World. Nice having the pool to come back to after a long day at the park. Responded fast to answer any questions we had.
