They are lucky these reviews limit 1500 characters. I’ve stayed in tons of rental homes never once left a bad review till now.Listing looked beautiful. Loved the size of the house and community amenities, that's about it. Was completely shocked at their positive reviews because it is not what we found. They make it look like you have a hot tub, you don’t. It’s a “spa”, it’s the same temperature as the pool yet they have hot tub listed in the description. Dishwasher never worked once, pool was green and smelled awful. Multiple lightbulbs randomly missing out of ceiling. Smoke detector near kitchen left wide open no batteries in it, clothes washer barely worked. Our bedroom fan was the most disgusting thing I’ve seen in a rental with dust hanging off it like fingers 2 inches long. You turn on the fan and it literally starts to just fall off. Couldn’t wear white socks because they were black by the end of the day walking around the house. Cabinet doors sticky, upstairs beds are literally on wheels because of course they are. They had to let somebody in during our stay while we were out of the home because the prior guest forgot stuff, they did at least get permission, but how do I tell them no.After our stay, I reached out to them about our complaints and they told me there’s nothing they can do and that I should’ve reached out while I was there… The last thing I wanted was somebody in our house every day. Complete waste of my money and waste of your time!… Zero stars
