Stylish & very spacious 1bed+Studio/2 bath condo. This beautiful Condo has just been redecorated. Located on the beautiful Lake Bryan, less than a mile from the gates of Walt Disney World. Includes several heated outdoor pools, an outdoor hot tub, a kiddie pool, a tiki bar (seasonal operation), two fitness centers and a wonderful pier with an attached raised wetland walkway and NO RESORT FEES! Walking distance to shops and restaurants.
The condo has the best of everything from granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms to the new light fixtures, ceiling fans, balcony furniture, and beautiful solid furnishing. This unit has a breathtaking view of the pool and Lake Bryan. (See the pictures…the views are amazing during every time of the day!) The unit is completely equipped with everything you'll need from silverware and dishes to pots and pans and an icemaker. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bath and Jacuzzi tub. The bunks, located in an alcove off the entry hall, can be utilized as a 2nd bedroom. The seconding full bathroom is located on right along the entry hall and the washer and dryer are on the left. The full kitchen has all new appliances. The full-size sleeper sofa can be utilized to accommodate two people and has a very comfortable mattress for your comfort. The resort has several heated outdoor pools, an outdoor hot tub, a kiddie pool, a tiki bar (seasonal operation), two fitness centers and a wonderful pier with an attached raised wetland walkway. Watersports activities are available through nearby Lake Buena Vista Watersports. Hawaiian Rumble Miniature Golf is adjacent to the property and numerous shopping centers are also nearby including the very popular Premier Outlet Mall.

Great long weekend stay
Very cute & accommodating condo! The property was nice with comfortable pool/lake side seating and gorgeous views, other residence very welcoming and kind. Convenient shops located right on site, and getting transportation to surrounding areas was never an issue. Place came stocked with kitchen utensils, linens, and back up supplies. Would definitely stay here again. Bonus: the mini golf next door was awesome & we could see the Disney fireworks every night!
