We invite you to enjoy our newly constructed and professionally decorated 5 bedroom and 4.5 baths home in the brand new Solterra resort! This beautiful new home and community is within a 15-minute drive to Disney parks and only 5 minutes away from Champions Gate and shopping centers.

With two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and two themed twin bedrooms, we have occupancy for up to 10 people. Each bedroom features a flat screen TV with cable and is beautifully decorated and furnished to ensure maximum comfort. You can also kick back and enjoy your favorite movie in the big movie lounge on the second floor.

The main floor formal dining room is perfect for large family gatherings. The kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances with a full-service kitchen for you to cook your favorite food. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation in your "home away from home" is here.

All linens and towels are provided for your stay.

Enjoy the private pool/spa in the spacious back yard area. Guests have the option of heating the private pool and spa for a daily charge. Pool and spa heat is $40/Day. The garage has been converted to an A/C game room for those who want to have a little fun playing pool or air-hockey.

The community also has a brand new luxurious clubhouse with plenty of amenities that include cabanas, lazy river, a resort-style pool, a water slide, an indoor and outdoor recreation area, a volleyball court, a tennis court and a fully equipped gym for the adults and children to enjoy. It also has a fantastic play park for the younger kids.

The villa is equipped with a stroller, booster seat, high chair and pack and play for kids.

There are five bedrooms. Two have king beds and 1 has a queen bed. The first floor bedroom opens up to the pool area. Two kids bedrooms have been equipped with twin beds. One of the kids rooms is princess-themed and the other is Minion-themed.

There are four and a half bathrooms in the Villa. Kids share one bathroom.

The closest attractions are Disney parks, Universal Studio, Sea World, Lego Land, GatorLand, and many other parks.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Great base for our Disney Vacation

We’ve stayed at many villas in Florida over the years. This is our second stay in Solterra resort in Davenport. Location is excellent with shopping and various restaurant options close by. Villa was a great size with a great pool area. Games room and projector was a good bonus. Clearly has been well rented and there were a few bumps and scapes, but nothing to be overly concerned about. We had a great family holiday here.

Great place for family

We had a great stay at this property. We got in very late but there was someone at the gate when we arrived and made the check-in process super easy and stress free. We’ve stayed at a lot of these types of places and were impressed that there was always someone at the gate. The pool was awesome. The beds were comfty and lots of extra blankets and towels were available. The game room was excellent with tons of fun games that everyone enjoyed! The movie room was also a huge hit with our kiddos (from teens to toddlers). The projector worked great and had Netflix. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and had everything we needed - some more plastic cups for kiddos would have been helpful though. The resort location was really great. The Champions Gate area had a great selection of restaurants as well as Publix and Walgreens all less than 10 min away. Also just a short drive to Disney parks and shopping, etc. We didn’t spend much time at the main resort but there was a nice playground for kiddos, the pool had a great water slide and lazy river, but it was a little too busy for us. The only issue we had was the AC stopped working, but I contacted the management company and they had someone out to fix it the same day. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this property for families. 👍👍

Very Clean

We were 8 adults and 2 small children. Pool was great and this had to be the cleanest house we have ever rented. We had a few small issues and management were very quick to respond, within hours done to our satisfaction. Very pleasant to work with. Thanks for the memories!

Great place to stay with family!

As this was our first time trying a VRBO I can’t say enough good things about this property! The house looked exactly like the pictures and with 6 adults (family), the space gave everyone their privacy. The kitchen was well equipped and beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable which is saying a lot as i am not usually a leather furniture fan. This furniture however was very comfy 😊. The pool was great, we spent a lot of time in it and found all of the restaurants in the area good with a wide selection. Probably the only thing I would suggest was that the carpet could be cleaned as it was a little dirty when we arrived however not enough to bother us. If you are going to any major attractions (I.e. Disney, Universal etc) they are about 20-25 minutes away but definitely plan an extra 30 minutes for all highway trips as the traffic (highway) both coming and going is very heavy with waits. I will say however, after a long day in Orlando, it was great to come back to the house and relax. Very quiet neighborhood. Will definitely try out another property, Mandy was a great help!
