Nice apartment in downtown Orlando. Could use some additional furniture in second bedroom and essentials like garbage bins in the bathrooms. Great views and owner was easy to communicate with.

My Husband and I were so excited to spend our vacation at this beautiful apartment. Upon entering the views are beautiful and the apartment is tidy. The first night as we were getting ready to go out to dinner we noticed the lack of lighting, like no lights in the bedroom at all. We had to turn on the bathroom light and walk-in closet light if we needed bedroom lighting. The cleanliness of the apartment was lacking. The kitchen had bugs on the counter, sink, and cabinets. We also planned to use the washer and dryer but the washing machine had mold inside of it. A huge reason we chose this place to stay was because of the elevator and garage. Both my husband and I have trouble with stairs and this was very important. One night the elevator was not working and we were not able to go upstairs to the apartment for over an hour. Also during the check-out process we needed to walk down 12 flights of stairs to get to our car.

Great Location / Friendly Host

Location was perfect. Right by Lake Eola in downtown Orlando and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Host was friendly and made sure to check in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.
