Celebrating Life and Love
15 of us stayed very comfortably in this home. We celebrated my brother's 1st heavenly birthday and my 39th birthday. The children ranging from 2 to 17 loved the game room. So did some adults. Check in was super simple. Property staff were all ways responsive answering all of my questions. The home was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. We look foward to returning.The only thing that was an issue was the inconvenience and unprofessional encounter we occurred with the staff at the after hours gate. For some reason there is a policy that they have to verify a license to drive into the property. I find that very controlling and it simply makes no sense. As long as someone has a paid reservation and valid license no guest should be hassled or even asked to change drivers to proceed onto the property. None of those staff members are certified police officers or DMV staff to make such request.
