Easy access to amenities in community. Pool had not been cleaned for us broken toys in bottom of pool in deep end. Outdoor furniture dirty and inadequate. Refrigerator ice maker broken. We could not use it. TVs not available in all rooms. Consultant did not offer any remedies to problems .Insufficient supply of towels.

Nice but needs some upgrades

The house was nice but a little run down. Toilet paper holders falling off the wall. Carpet was dirty and exposing tacks around the edges. Some of the trim was falling off. One of the toilet seats was broken. They need to get the carpet fixed and a maintenance man in and it would be back to being a nice house!

Beautiful place but skimped on simple stuff

The house was beautiful and plenty of room. For the price, I can’t complain. Beds were comfortable and beautifully furnished. The kids themed bedrooms were awesome. Because they skimped on such small things it made the stay less desireable. There were a few things that would have made it an excellent stay. Each bathroom only had 1 roll of toilet paper, only 3 garbage bags, paid to have the pool heated but was’t told about the outside temperature lock. If the outside air is colder than 55 the pool won’t heat. WHAT? That’s why I paid to have it heated. No refund allowed for that. When we arrived, the house was freezing cause it was 50 degrees outside. It took forever to heat. Why wouldn’t management put the heat on? Entry and exit to the property on a Friday night was absolutely rediculous. Ice maker was jammed with ice and wouldn’t work. Only 1 massage chair worked and no sand on the game table so it wouldn’t work. Such small things to fix that would have made the stay excellent.

Okay place but very crowded.

The house was nice, but there were items broke or dirty. There was a chair in the pool area looked like it had mold on it. The shade by the pool sliding door was broken, the frying pans were terrible, no wine glasses, we had 8 adults there were 5 mugs for coffee we had to buy paper coffee cups. When we got to the property the towels were folded in the bathrooms, but they were damp. We had to redry them. There was no saw dust on the shuffle board table so you couldn't use it. Finally on certain nights it took you forty five minutes to get past security. The street outside the complex was backed up both ways. Twice I Ubered home from the parks and had to walk to the property which wasn't a short walk.

Nice house, very noisy community! No relaxing environment.

House is located at Windsor Island Resort, it has a nice waterpark but every street and every block was a party noisy area. We stayed 7 nights and we had to be calling security every day, neighbors and most of the houses around were partying heavy until 3-4am. Our first morning at 10am, a very drunk man from next door broke into our pool area and came straight to our kids. We felt very unsafe, the kind of people renting these homes was very concerning. Staff was diligent taking our complaints and did their job but I would not recommend this place if you are coming to enjoy a relaxing stay with your family. Felt like a frat house in spring break. Also read other reviews where it looks like this has been a common problem for many years already.

Very impressed with the property. There is certainly normal wear and tear with the property, but I just sent my findings to the owner. Beds were comfortbale, patio is lovely. Pretty short walk to the clubhouse. Got publix order deleivered to the house, and uber pickups without issue. I thought there may be an issue as this was gated community. Overall, great! Thank you!

Family vacation

Way too many rental homes for just one pool! More staff is needed at the pool area bar/resturants The house was great, but could use some updating… out door furniture broken and kitchen stools broken. Also kitchen needs hot mitts.

Disney Spring Break 2024

We weren’t given a front door code to begin with so we had to attempt to call the number on the reservation a few times before someone would answer. We were able to get in the house. Beautiful house and the pictures were very accurate. The pool table has been used extensively so it could use a little TLC. The PlayStation was missing a power cord but we weren’t there long enough to play it anyway. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely be back!

Family Get-Away

We stayed in mid-January. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit cooler so the payment to keep pool heated didn't really work out as it was below the 50 degrees needed. In addition, it would be good to have TVs in all bedrooms. Only 2 of the 9 bedrooms had TV's. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates/dishes, cooking pans, etc. We would stay here again.

Awesome Memory Building Time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was exactly as advertised. Spacious home that allowed everyone to have their own space; yet feel connected for family gatherings/events. The community centre was wonderful for our 4 grandchildren under the age of 3. The community centre is well maintained and spacious. Weekends are definitely more crowded but weekdays were a joy to use. Excellent location for Disney attractions and a Publix nearby to accomodate grocery needs. We used the pool at the home more than we had anticipated and the screened in porch was well utilized. We rented a grill from Innabi Rentals and everything went smoothly with no surprises. The onsite property manager responded to any queries in a timely manner and was intentional in trying to accomodate our requests. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again should it be available.
