Open the front door and you are wowed with the stunning bright and open concept of the main floor layout which offers plenty of space a. The bright living room with sliding doors out to the private pool gives you the comfort of corner sofas and chairs, a large TV included. Adjacent to the living area is the first dining area with table and chairs to seat 6 - 8 people comfortably. Check out the spectacular view through the window of views of the private pool and golf course.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with quartz countertops and fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils requires to allow the chef of the family to prepare delicious food to enjoy while you sit at the kitchen table (seats 6) or a more formal setting in the dining area. Kitchen appliances include: Fridge and Freezer, with Ice Maker, Stove-top oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Toaster, Electric Kettle, Coffee Maker.

The fantastic games room is equipped with a table tennis, mini billiards, foosball and basketball for the young-at-heart members of the family.

The separate utility room includes a washer and dryer, and iron and ironing board is also supplied. Just off the Utility Room is a toilet and basin.

Outside Living Space-

The stunning East facing pool area has fantastic views over the 16th fairway, and continues with a covered seating area with luxury furniture to relax on, perfect for a morning coffee overlooking the golf course. Why not enjoy a meal Al Fresco, there are two tables, one with with seating for 8 and a smaller table for 4.
Sit by the heated pool in the comfort of a lounger and enjoy a glass of your favourite beverage, while you soak up the Florida sun.

Location

Highlands Reserve is located in Davenport, just off HWY27. This luxury villa rental, golf course community is a great place from which explore all the world famous Orlando attractions. As you enter the community, and pass the welcoming waterfall, you drive down the main tree lined Highlands Reserve Blvd and pass the clubhouse on your right. Various golf holes can also be seen from either side of the road. Highlands Reserve has excellent on-site facilities including a communal swimming pool, children park, Tennis courts, 18 hole golf course, practice range, putting green, and cafe bar which is open seven days a week.

The community is split into seven subdivisions. Most have golf related names you will recognise including, Troon, Belfry and Gleneagles. If the names inspire you to enjoy a round of golf, then tee times can be booked at the clubhouse. The course is ideal for golfers of all levels. With wide open fairways, undulating greens and only one water hazard on the tenth hole.

If you are in Orlando to visit the theme parks then Highlands Reserve is a great location with Disney World's main gate only 15 minutes away. Whilst, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and SeaWorld are around 25 minutes away by car.

Fancy a day at the beach, no problem, Highlands Reserve is located about an hour from either coast. Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic is great for surfing. Whilst, Clearwater Beach on the Gulf Coast is ideal for swimming or relaxing in the calm warm waters, which live up to its name!

No parties or events
No persons other than declared on the booking form should be at the property unless prior approval of the property manager or owner.
all damaged must be reported to the management company
any remedial work must be reported to the management company an no other person it permitted to carry out any works.
The property as an inventory of items and equipment. This is checked after departure and any missing items will be charged for.
Make up and beach towels are provided and should be used. Any misuse of towels that require replacing will be charged for.
No parking on the grass.
BBQ's are available for hire from the management company. No personal BBQ should be used. Any BBQ hired should not be used on the pool deck.
