Worst home rental in Windsor Hills

House had mold issues under the kitchen sink and inside of the dishwasher. Because of that we could not stay due to my wife's health issues.I had to get a hotel room for the night and rent another property for the duration of our 15 day stay. communication with management company was horrible. I've stayed in dozens of homes in Windsor Hills and have had no issues.

Do not stay here!

This is a very dated property without the expected luxuries. Do not let them tell you there is a hot tub. There isn’t. It was not hot tub at all during our stay. One set of towels per person meaning many loads of laundry which is awful after going to parks. Not enough kitchen supplies. No pot holders. No towels in the kitchen at all. No dish drainer. Ice maker didn’t work. Many songs and other cosmetic issues. Not even enough glasses for our whole party. As we checked in we were greeted with feces in the master bathroom floor against the tub. Pool heat was an option. We were not notified they were having issues with the heater and it didn’t work at all during our 8 day stay! I made this reservation so my grand daughters could swim. They were not able to get in the whole week. So why did I pay for this “upgraded” house when we couldn’t use the things we specifically searched for. And at check in we weren’t given the correct code for the door and had to figure out how to get the correct code. This experience was a nightmare! Save your money and go somewhere else!!
