The neighborhood features well-maintained homes and a convenient location which provides easy access to major highways, shopping centers, and popular theme parks, making it a practical and comfortable choice for both short-term rentals and long-term stays.

Located just off the US27, Legacy Park is divided into 7 smaller subdivisions, including The Retreat. Being close to Disney makes this a popular community for theme park fans, also with restaurants and fast food outlets to suit all tastes and budgets along both sides of the nearby US192 you will never be short of dining options.

*Pool/Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April, if required it is charged at $33 per day. There is an accidental damage waiver of $62 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
