GRILL:
Provided at a flat fee of $100. Please contact the host if you’d like to add this.

POOL/SPA:
Heating is an extra $35/night. Please let the host know at least one day prior if you need this service. Heater is only on when the pool pump is on which is 7am - 9pm

*Note: in the winter months (Dec-Feb) or when the temperature outside is below 55°F during your stay, we DO NOT recommend adding pool heating because the heater may not be able to warm the water to the desired temperature.

PETS:
We welcome pets of all sizes, but ask that they be house-trained, recently groomed/cleaned, and up to date on their flea and tick medicines. We charge a $100 pet fee which covers up to 2 pets, and then $50 per additional pet. Please note: these fees would be on top of the booking fee. Please contact the host before booking if you plan to bring more than 2 pets.

EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT:
May be available for $50 per hour (depends on cleaner schedule). Please ask the host at least 24 hours in advance.
