Lake View Villa Florida

Our spacious 4 Bedroom/3 Bathroom Villa will sleep up to 8 people comfortably. It is air-conditioned throughout and also has ceiling fans to all bedrooms, games room and outside covered dining area. The villa is also protected by a 24 hour monitored alarm system and has a security safe for your extra peace of mind.

We have a fabulous south-facing 30' pool and spa, surrounded by screening to protect you from insects but not the sun! The pool is set on an extended deck area with sun loungers and recliners to help you relax and a gas BBQ is also provided for your enjoyment. The pool overlooks a wooded conservation area and lake so no rear neighbours!

We have a large sunny family room that opens out onto the outside Lanai Area via large patio doors. The room has a huge wide screen TV with DVD player for your pleasure. Cable TV is also provided. We are fortunate to have a second living area complete with large queen size sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, PS2 and games, Cable TV and a selection of books for your relaxation.

There is a formal dining area with table and chairs to sit and relax whilst enjoying your meal with a I-pod docking station/CD player to listen to music to help you relax.

The kitchen and breakfast area is open plan and roomy with a dining table and chairs. The kitchen contains every pot, pan and appliance you could expect to find at home - dishwasher, microwave, full oven and hob, large American fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and much more. The utility room also contains all the appliances you could possibly need from washing machine, tumble dryer to iron and ironing board.

We have a large Games Room fully equipped with Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Darts and a selection of board games for your pleasure. A large ceiling fan helps to keep the room cool!

In the Villa we have 4 bedrooms. The Master Suite overlooks the Pool Area and has an enormous Super King size bed, dresser, drawers and a separate walk in closet. It also has its own En-suite bathroom which comprises bathtub, large shower, double vanity unit and a separate W.C. The toilet can also be accessed via the Pool Area.

The Queen Suite has a King Size bed and a separate En-suite shower room with extra large family shower, vanity and W.C. An extra large closet and dressing table and bedside units complete this room.

"Nemo" Twin room is our twin-bedded room and great for kids big or small! A large closet, bed side table and set of drawers make this sunny room really delightful for everyone!

The fourth bedroom consists of twin beds with a Floridian feel. Large closet, drawers and bedside units complete the look. Both twin bedrooms share the main bathroom, furnished with full size bath, over-bath shower, large vanity and toilet.
