Excellent location, host and beautiful modern home!

We’ve stayed at many homes in and around Orlando the past few years, this is by far the best location! You’re close to everything in either direction….nothing is further than a 20 min drive when it comes to theme parks etc. (most were less) Walmart, Target and more for groceries as well as shopping such as Ross, Burlington Coat Factory etc. and all sorts of fast food restaurants are a 5 min or less drive from the home. We never had to worry about getting caught in traffic or bother with using a GPS. This gorgeous townhome is modern, very clean, has a comfortable living area and what’s even more impressive is it’s 1 of only 4 that has direct backyard access to a HUGE pool that was never over crowded. The area has plenty of lounge chairs, tables/chairs and umbrellas too! The little extra included items in the home such as laundry detergent, bounce sheets, soaps, dishwasher and dish liquid, garbage bags etc. was an added bonus! You’ll also never want for a towel, facecloth or extra cozy blanket either! The beds were all comfy and there was also a great variety of pillows, to suit all our different sleeping needs. Security at the gate was attentive and always present to ensure only those allowed could enter. The community was also extremely well maintained. You won’t be disappointed with this choice for your vacation rental! Thank you so much Tim, for allowing us to rent your Florida home… I have never stayed at the same home twice BUT that just changed!

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The pictures were very accurate. Lots of space for our family of three. The best part was being right next to the pool! You cannot swim after dark, which wasn’t a big deal for us, but some may want to after long days at the parks. It was nice to have a laundry room of our own. The beds are firm, but we slept very well every night. I always travel with my own pillow. I was glad that I do because the pillows were rather thick and firm. We don’t drink tap water and the refrigerator did not have a water option, so we did buy a case of water. Nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our time at the playgrounds and the lake is beautiful. Located just a short drive to the theme parks. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Nice but needs cleaning

We enjoyed our stay, however the floors, upstairs bathroom and kitchen counter tops needed to be cleaned. We did spend time cleaning and notified management that the cleaning staff did not do a thorough job.
