The living room has tiled flooring, comfortable sofas, patio doors that lead to the splash pool area, and a large flat screen TV, which is perfect for watching all your favorite movies on. Enjoy cooking? If so, you’ll love this updated, modern kitchen. It has plenty of countertop space, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and it comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to put together your favorite home-cooked meals. When it’s time to eat, you can do so at either the breakfast bar, which seats up to four, or around the dining table, which will seat up to six people. When you want to cool off after a long day out in the Florida sun, head to the screened-in pool area at the back. Here, you’ll find a refreshing splash pool. And for those who want to work on their tan, there are a couple of sunbeds dotted around the pool area. For those who want to enjoy the Florida weather, but in the shade, there’s a lanai with patio furniture underneath it. There are four bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed.
