Recreational amenities include a championship golf course, four outdoor pools, miniature golf, tennis, basketball, and family and supervised children's activities. Dining options include Kenzie's full-service restaurant and bar, room service, and grocery delivery.

-Resort parking is typically limited to one car per unit. A parking fee may be charged. Some resorts may have no on-site parking, requiring the use of an alternate off-site facility at an additional fee. Prior arrangements must be made for parking trailers, boats, motorcycles or any type of recreational vehicle (may not have on-site).

-Management does not have the flexibility to upgrade unit type, change location, view or dates confirmed, either prior to, or upon arrival.

-Construction/renovation/maintenance projects may be ongoing, year-round and are typically noted. For concerns about unforeseen projects, please contact the resort directly.

-Ordinarily, daily maid service will not be provided. At those resorts offering such a service, it is usually at an additional fee.

-This Getaway is nonrefundable. A refund will not be issued in the event of cancellation.
