The Space:
Morning light spills across wide windows as you step onto the patio, the scent of fresh coffee drifting from the kitchen and the gentle ripple of the private pool inviting you to linger. The villa awakens around you, offering space to spread out, gather around the dining table, or drift into a relaxed evening by the hot tub. Every corner feels designed for easy group flow, letting you set the rhythm of your stay without hurry.
Sleeping arrangements
Downstairs the primary bedroom features a king bed, perfect for two guests. Upstairs you’ll find a second primary bedroom with a king bed, two bedrooms each equipped with a queen bed, and two themed rooms—the Clouds bedroom with a full bed and a twin bed, and the Minions bedroom with a full bed and a twin bed. In total the villa provides eight beds across six bedrooms, complemented by six full bathrooms and fresh linens.
Outdoor living
Step onto the patio to a private pool and hot tub framed by loungers, ideal for sunrise swims or sunset dips. A BBQ grill sits nearby for casual outdoor meals, and the spacious deck offers plenty of room to sit, read, or simply enjoy the Florida warmth.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen boasts stainless‑steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for group meals. An indoor dining area flows seamlessly onto the patio, encouraging long, shared breakfasts, lunches, or dinners under the open sky.

A dedicated game room adds friendly competition with a pool table and ping‑pong table. The main family room provides comfortable seating and a TV for movie nights. Practical touches include a washer and dryer, self‑check‑in via smart lock, free on‑site parking, Wi‑Fi, and a quiet workspace for any needed productivity.

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.
The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Our grill is a propane grill. Please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
