Amazing Vacation Home with private pool at Highland Reserve!
This 4/3 vacation home is located at Highland Reserve with a Community Golf Course. This is the perfect great looking single-story home with an open floor plan that will make you feel like home. The living room is spacious with comfortable seating a 55” TV to enjoy a movie night with family and friends. Our dining seat up to 8 guests and the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare great meals!!
The bedroom #1 comes with a King suite that has its own master bath with a walk-in shower and TV. The bedroom #2 is a Queen bed with a TV with a modern green and beige decoration. The Bedroom #3 comes with a Queen Bed and an amazing modern decoration and last but not least our last bedroom #4 comes with a bunk bed.
Located in a prime location in the Davenport area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World, Universal, SeaWorld, and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park.
Please note, that the AC temperature cannot be set up lower than 72 degrees.
There are surveillance cameras outside of the property.
No street parking there will be a violation fine from HOA.
The minimum age required is 18.
Office hours from 9am to 10pm.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.
BBQ grill and pool heat are an additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed
less than 7 days before arrival.
