Gorgeous 6Bed Villa with Private Pool & Game Room

This gorgeous modern six-bedroom, five-bath vacation home rental is at the beautiful Windsor at Westside Resort in Kissimmee, Florida! There is enough space for the entire family in this open, spacious, two-story Disney area vacation villa paradise. It is only a few short minutes from Walt Disney World and Orlando's other famous attractions like Universal Studios, Seaworld, and Legoland, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and world-class golf.

This luxury villas has so much to offer including a family living area downstairs with a large flat screen TV and plenty of seating for the entire family with upscale furnishings.

At our vacation home, you will find:

- Your own PRIVATE POOL and hot tub attached (which gets the warm water from the pool heater, so it can't be set higher than 87F), to relax after a sunny day at the theme parks. Pool heating is optional, available upon request, and has to be confirmed a few days before check-in, via the link we shared with you via messaging. The cost is $40 plus taxes per day, for the whole stay. Pool heating is turned on early on the day of your arrival, so depending on the weather conditions (cold season), the water temperature may not reach a comfortable temperature until the day after your arrival. We set the pool temperature to 87F (as setting it higher renders the chemicals in it ineffective), but depending on weather conditions, the actual water temperature will hover between 85 and 95F during warm months, while during colder ones, water temperature will be 20 to 25F higher than the ambient temperature.
- And if you like grilling, you can ask for a 3 or 4-burner outdoor grill! The outdoor grills are not on-site and will be available upon request. The grill can be delivered on the day of your arrival and will be picked up after your departure; it is delivered completely sanitized and with an entire can of propane (charcoal is not allowed, per resort regulations). The cost for up to one week is $80+tax for the 3 burners, and $95+tax for the 4 burners, while each extra day after costs $11.42+Tax and $13.57, respectively.
The downstairs bedroom is a King master suite with a King bed, walk in closet, 2 nightstands and lamps, dresser and TV.
Private en suite bathroom with a large tub bath, walk in shower and twin vanity sinks.

Outside, you'll find a private pool to take a refreshing dip or simply relax on the sun loungers. Spend your evenings enjoying al-fresco drinks or lounging at the spa while creating unforgettable memories with loved ones. The pool area has plenty of seating and entertaining space!
For added convenience, a washer and dryer are provided in the unit, allowing you to pack light and have fresh clothes throughout your stay.

You have the entire villa for yourself and free access to the resort amenities. The extraordinary 10,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is home to a one-of-a-kind kid’s activity center, Tu Casa Bar and Lounge, a free game room, zero-entry resort-style pool complete with a waterslide, lazy river, hot tub and Kids’ water playground. The Tu Casa Bar & Lounge serves food for poolside dining, full-service bar features liquor, beer, wine, and frozen favorites. There is also a fitness center, volleyball courts, and a sundry shop and video arcade.

Our vacation home is self-catered during your stay.
At your arrival, you will find everything ready for you: clean linens and towels for up to 12 guests, shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, and cleaning supplies enough for your first days. In case you run out of toilet paper rolls or garbage bags, you can get them at the clubhouse' convenience store or drive to the numerous supermarkets in the area.

Important information about the pool:
Your private pool is serviced weekly, usually on Wednesday or Thursday, and the pool technician accesses the back patio through the outer screened door of the lanai (please don't lock it).
When you check-in, the pool will be in working order, including the water level, optional pool heater turned on, etc. Should the water level drop due to normal use and/or evaporation during your stay, please refill it up to the middle part of the skimmer using the provided hose. If you request the pool to be serviced and we find the malfunction is due to low water level, clogged system due to using oils, bubbles, or any other foreign substance, etc., we will charge you a minimum of $75 for the trip plus the work needed to put the pool back in working order.
