The Space:

A soft breeze carries the scent of fresh‑cut grass, inviting you to linger by the pool or fire pit. As the Florida sun dips, the evenings stay warm enough to enjoy the outdoor spaces without a rush. Whether you’re winding down after a day at the parks or savoring a slow afternoon by the water, the home feels like a private oasis for the whole group.



Sleeping arrangements

Five spacious bedrooms are spread across two levels. Downstairs, a king bed sleeps two guests. Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom, and one offers direct balcony access. A queen bedroom accommodates two, while another bedroom provides two twin beds, completing the upper level. The layout gives each group its own comfortable retreat.



Outdoor living

A private pool invites you to stretch out on loungers under the warm Florida sky, while a hot tub offers a soothing soak after a day of adventure. The patio and balcony are furnished for casual gatherings, and a fire pit creates a cozy spot for evening conversations. Outdoor furniture and a grill make al fresco dining effortless.



Indoor comfort

Two large living areas give plenty of room for everyone to spread out, whether you’re sharing a movie night or enjoying quiet moments. Air conditioning and heating keep the interior pleasant year‑round. A TV, game console, and reliable wifi provide entertainment and connectivity. Washer and dryer, bed linens, and bathroom essentials are supplied for your convenience.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances and cooking basics, making it easy to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to family‑style dinners. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces let you choose where to enjoy your meals, whether at the kitchen island or on the patio table.



Neighborhood

Located within Reunion Resort, the home sits in a gated community known for its golf courses and relaxed atmosphere. The quiet streets are lined with golf carts and full‑time residents, offering a sense of calm. Just beyond the gates, a variety of dining options and attractions are within easy reach, giving you plenty to explore.

Groups of families or friends who need space to gather and private spots to unwind. With a private pool, hot tub, balcony, and multiple living areas, the property balances shared experiences with quiet bedrooms, making it an ideal base for a relaxed Florida getaway.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
