Your screened backyard is ready from the moment you arrive. The private outdoor pool and spa are available year-round, open 24 hours, with optional heating available for an additional fee. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a dedicated dining area surround the pool, while a gas BBQ grill sits ready for evening cookouts. The pool is cleaned weekly, and a skimmer is provided for your use - additional cleanings can be arranged for an extra charge.


Living & dining
The open floor plan keeps everyone connected - the kitchen flows directly into the living and dining areas, making it easy to cook and catch up at the same time. A large sectional sofa anchors the living room alongside a 55-inch HDTV loaded with Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, Fire TV, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku. Sleeping arrangements
The master suite features a king bed, a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with an oversized shower, and direct pool access. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, dual entries, a TV, and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom is Toy Story-themed with twin beds, smart TVs, and a ceiling fan. The fourth bedroom carries a Star Wars theme with a bunk bed and ceiling fan - the kids will love it.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stainless steel electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need. A drip coffee maker and Keurig machine, blender, toaster, bread maker, and hot water kettle round out a setup that makes cooking in a genuine pleasure. Breakfast is provided. Wine glasses, baking sheets, and BBQ utensils are also on hand.
