The Space:

Afterwards, take a leisurely stroll to admire the native flora and fauna along the walking trails near the home.



After busy days exploring the community, retreat to the serenity of the home, a ground floor, corner end unit offering an abundance of peace and privacy. The screened-in lanai is the perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee, sharing an al fresco meal, or engaging in a round of cards and games while the ceiling fan keeps the fresh air swirling around you.



Head indoors and embrace the relief of air conditioning as you relax in bright, open spaces expertly curated with comfortable furnishings and sophisticated décor. This home sleeps up to 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, overhead fan, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, Jacuzzi bathtub, and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 is decked out in playful Mickey Mouse décor, inclusive of a full-over-queen bunk bed with steps instead of a ladder, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. If you need wash cloths, you will want to bring your own. However, bath towels and hand towels are provided.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles.

• Sports equipment can be borrowed for free from the clubhouse – ID is required.

• Gas grills and tennis/pickleball requires require advanced booking.



Guests have access to all outdoor resort amenities including pools, hot tubs, beach area, pier, and recreational courts.

Access to the clubhouse building and all indoor amenities (including fitness center, business center, and front desk services) is NOT included.



For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. The Neighborhood:

This home is located in Bahama Bay Resort, a prime location with all the major theme parks being a quick drive away; Walt Disney World (7.6 miles), Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge (10.4 miles), Universal Studios (20.5 miles), Wizarding World of Harry Potter (22.1 miles), and SeaWorld (16.7 miles). Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away.
