This 2,460 sq. ft., 2-story townhome is ideal for family trips or group vacations, offering plenty of space for everyone to stay together and create lasting memories. Each bedroom features a TV, and the home is filled with comfortable furnishings, stylish decor, and fun in-home entertainment, including a private pool and air hockey table.

Main Living Areas:

Living Room: Cozy sofa and Smart TV with cable, plus the ability to connect your streaming accounts. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open directly to the outdoor patio.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a breakfast bar with 4 stools. Dishwasher included for easy clean-up.

Guests have free parking on the premises, which makes it very easy to get around the area, and downtown and the Orlando airport (MCO) is about 30 miles away!

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests will need to climb stairs as it’s a 2-story home.

- During the winter and fall months (Oct to April), the pool can be heated for an additional fee. It must be requested a minimum of 48 hours prior to arrival and heated for the entire stay.

- Pool heating is only available from November to the end of April.

- Early check-in is subject to availability with an additional fee.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- No tents or structures are allowed to be set up on the property grounds.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- Highchairs and strollers are available upon request.

- There are outdoor security cameras for guest safety and security.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.

- To obtain access to the resort amenities onsite, there's a one-time fee per household paid upon arrival. (1-12 Guests: $35 | 13+ Guests: $45)

- Clubhouse pool and common area rules and hours at the resort community must be respected.

- Guest acknowledges that the use of the private pool is at their own risk and agrees to hold

harmless and indemnify the Property Owner, their agents, heirs, and successors from and against any liabilities, claims, damages, expenses (including, but not limited to, legal fees), and harms arising from or related to the use of the pool on the property for the duration of their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the door keypad. The access code and instruction will be sent you before your arrival.
