Fully Loaded / Just Furnished Condo in Altamonte Springs, FL

Be one of our first guests at this unit! We just painted and furnished this condo on June 26, 2023. All mattresses, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc are new. We are pet-friendly and welcome your pets as long as you are respectful to our home. The condo is about 1200 sf and is in a quiet neighborhood. The balcony overlooks a beautiful preserve area and Lake Lotus. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV and desk. The second bedroom has a bunk bed that is a full on the bottom and twin on top. This room also has a TV and desk. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, glasses, bakeware, etc. You will also be welcomed with a starter pack of toiletries, kitchen sponge, soap, dishwasher detergent, etc.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

You’ll Be Happy You Stayed Here

One of my favorite VRBO experiences yet. Host was amazing … kind, understanding, attentive, etc. unit was clean, crisp, bright, and everything it was described to be. Not only would I absolutely book this place again … my reservation was about 5 weeks in length… and I wish it was indefinite.
