Comfortable, good location and good communication

The property was comfortable, in a good location and the property manager did a great job communicating during the stay. I would recommend this property - only recommendation for management is to provide bath mats for the showers. Thank you!

Family fun

The house was beautiful and the club house was great.We had a big group.Maybe could use more towels .Kitchen could use a little starter kit salt pepper and sugar .needs new iron 1 in house does not work easy fix.Thank you for a great stay!😁

A wonderful holiday home

The photos do not do this house justice. There is plenty of space for everyone and the house has been beautifully decorated with great style! 5 large bedrooms upstairs including the master and another double room downstairs. Everything you would need is provided. The location is great, very safe and close to parks and restaurants. About 20 mins drive to Disney and 10mins to restaurants and shops. Check in was very easy and had no problems at all! Would highly recommend this home.

Great Christmas Vacation

Beautiful vacation rental, more than enough room for our entire party. Location is great close to restaurants, shopping and amusement parks. I notified property management about a king size bed that needed additional support/broken. Was told a maintenance technician would come out to fix it but no one came out.

The kitchen severely lacked enough cooking utensils to manage a decent meal. Can’t opener was broken for a few larger size pots and pans to use none of the normal things you would find a lot of Airbnb‘s like any spices even salt and pepper or aluminum foil, etc. you’re only left one extra trashcan liner, which is almost ridiculous and the trashcan was so small. You couldn’t get enough in it to even fill the trash bag in your left with one packet of powder to do dishes with in the dishwasher in the downstairs bathroom, we had to call and get the sink unstop. His water would not go down at all, and the road in the bathroom was falling off the wall. The front door lock was so loose. It almost came off in her hands. And the AC did not work very well until we found that no one had changed the AC filter in probably a year with the amount of dust that was collected on it. The pool was nice and we enjoyed that there are four remotes for the TV in the main living room area, but only one of them for the TV. We had no idea what the other three did because there was no other electronics to link to them.

Perfect size for large family gathering, but ...

Perfect size for our large group, very clean and nicely located ... but maintenance and communication were a problem. The pool heater was never turned on, despite multiple requests and acknowledgments of the request on management's part; an upstairs bed frame broke twice and we had to sleep on a mattress on the floor for three nights; and messages sent to management (through VRBO or by phone) were rarely promptly acknowledged. These issues didn't ruin our vacation, but they did put a damper on it. I'm waiting to hear back whether we'll be compensated for them (Columbia says they're talking with the owner). If I am, I will update this review. Would I rent this house again? I don't know. I guess it depends on what I hear back. (Or *if* I hear back.)

Not as described

The check in was late management said they sent email but didn’t. After unpacking quickly and trying to start our vacation going out, we returned later to the house. Noticed pool table legs were loose and a couple chairs. Wednesday as Morning passed everyone started noticing how dirty the house was and by afternoon of looking around between trying to go places we noticed that the house was dirty. Baseboards, light fixtures, head boards all loaded with dust. All the furniture had dirt, garbage, toys and food under upstairs & downstairs. We still never received our entry gate pass. The windows too had dust , cobwebs, and dead bugs. Later in the night we noticed the kitchen had roaches. The roaches were sizes really small to over 1/2 inch. We have continuously been messaging thru text, email, Vrbo. At one point the Vrbo assistant was hung up on by managing home company. Hector finally sent someone out after we could be there to show them. The man that showed up tried to tighten chairs and small repairs and sprayed Home Depot bug spray behind appliances. We asked if he would stay here if he had rented this place and he said no his wife would not allow it. I’ve never heard anything more from hector or managing company. We have many pictures and video footage. We are waiting for an email from Vrbo. We clean up all our food stopped using kitchen area, ate out at restaurants. Through out all the rest of food.So much more but do not have the time or patience to continue this review.
