This was our third year at Bahama Bay for our son’s spring break baseball trip. The condo was the most spacious we have had, it was very clean, and all of the furniture/appliances are very well kept. Our only complaint was the beds in all rooms are extremely firm. For some this might be preferred, but our family found them uncomfortable and difficult to get a good sleep.

Beautiful decorated and clean! We will definitely stay here again! This condo was huge! Dishes and cook and bakeware, and most everything you need! Quiet area. Bed was super comfy! Had everything we needed to start our stay! Grand Orlando Welcome was quick to answer questions and attend to anything we needed. Great unit with washer and dryer. We love Bahama Bay, quiet, clean , safe to walk and lots of pools and spas.

Great for relaxing and Disney

We rented because we have family who own at the property and they were in FL. It was wonderful to not only get to spend time with family and enjoy the property amenities- specifically the pools, but to have our own space to relax. The condo was clean and welcoming, enough space for my small family but also for my dad to come visit. It was nice having the option to cook for ourselves as opposed to always eating out (like if we were staying in a hotel). The best part was the drive to Disney. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Spectacular Property - 5 star review

My wife, two sons (22 and 17) and I stayed for 8 nights in Dec 2024 and can't rave enough about our stay.The property was just as advertised. Clean, spacious, well furnished, amenities well thought out, and communications from the property owners when we did have a simple question was nearly instantaneous. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Screened in balconies made for enjoyable mornings and evenings outside with on bugs. Kitchen items were well stocked and all looked relatively new. The coffee bar off to the side was a nice touch. The only suggestion I could think of is to put some hooks up in both bathrooms. Only towel rack is inside the shower and towels get wet if you have them in there. We used hangers and hung them to dry between uses. The grounds were very nice, spent an enjoyable day at the pool by the lake, swimming, ping pong. Our trip was mostly for golf, 5 rounds during our stay, and the courses we selected to play were all within 15-25 minutes to drive to. We simply can't say anything bad about our stay here, except we wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful place to stay!

Everything was just perfect! From booking the "Family Ties" accommodation through VRBO to the whole experience while we were there was excellent. The VRBO ad provided lots of detail and up-to-date pictures such that there were no surprises. The property owners actually have a property management company, Grand Welcome, take care of all the administration. Their process was very professional, easy to navigate, and they were available 24/7 to resolve any issues by phone, text, or email. It was a little intimidating at first to read through the legal contract (it wasn't too long) and provide identification via a 3rd party security firm, but we understand that the owners need to feel their property is safe from untrustworthy renters as much as we as renters need to feel safe both personally and financially from unscrupulous owners. While there, we enjoyed the spacious and comfortable 3 bdrm/2 full bath rental complete with washer/dryer and a full kitchen with appliances, cutlery, cookware and dinnerware. Extremely clean when we arrived. They also provided a variety of essentials: small amounts of soap for washing clothes, washing dishes, tea towels, towels for the pool, toilet paper and a roll of paper towels. The resort itself is awesome with multiple pools, games areas, kids splashpad, an onsite restaurant and entertainment and close to Disney and Universal Studios. A fellow vacationer we met there said they preferred BBR over other nearby resorts. Book it!

Good but not Great

We love staying at Bahama Bay Resort. This is our 4th time to stay at the resort and our 3rd condo to stay in. The resort is always great with beautiful landscaping, nice pools, and great location. If you’re looking for nearby restaurants to eat in or take out,I highly suggest Adlers for the best burgers and Thailicious for great Thai food!This condo was very clean with nice countertops and pretty good kitchen utensils. I liked the wood vinyl floors throughout. The queen bed had a nice mattress but the other 3 mattress were too firm and uncomfortable. The sheets on the king size bed were pilling so bad that I called the customer care number after the first night of scratchy sheet sleeping and requested a different pair of sheets. The representative said they would drop off the sheets at the door. Hours later there were still no sheets so I ended up buying some for us to use for the week. The sheets never showed up.I did like the hot water heater. Hot water lasted through all 5 of our family members taking showers so that was great. But the shower heads in the bathrooms don’t produce much water flow so that was frustrating.Overall, a nice condo but better mattresses, new sheets, different shower heads, and a better answering service with better customer care would make it 5 stars. We’ll probably choose a different condo at Bahama Bay next time.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement. Il est magnifique, grand, bien équipé, propre et confortable. Ce n'était pas notre premier séjour dans ce resort, mais c'était notre plus bel expérience. L'hôte a très bien préparé notre arrivée et la communication est excellente et rapide. Un grand merci d'avoir faite de notre voyage une réussite !
