The home was clean. The fact that the pool and hot tub were not heated and required an additional 300 fee were not included in the description of the rental of the home. The pool and hot tub were heated to the same temperature. Usually the hot tub would be warmer. We had 10 adults and 8 children in the home. We were charged 80.00 for excessive trash. If they provided a dumpster to put the trash in we would have put in it it but all there was a small box by the front door. The furniture is very cheap furniture. The coffee table had an attempt to fix it but would not stay on its legs. We had to remove it to a closet so no one would get hurt using it. Prior to the charge of 141. Against our security deposit I would have given a better rating. Customer beware, these managers are out to scam their renters.

Nous avons payé pour une piscine chauffée et sa pris 6 jours avant qu il vienne allumer le chauffage et il nous ont conté des mensonges en plus il disait qu’il était allumé ses une autre compagnie qui est venu vérifier le chauffe eau d une autre maison qui nous a dit que le chauffe eau ne fonctionnait pas et en plus les chaises longues près de la piscine était brisée il manquait des bout de patte de chaise

Great location

House is on a corner lot, so lots of space in the back which made it quiet. A lot of the walls were dirty, decorations were dusty, the carpets need a good cleaning. Beds are ridiculously soft (so if you like that you’ll enjoy it). Grill is not included with house- it’s a separate rental, same goes for any baby related items. Communication was confusion as there’s so many numbers that contact you regarding the stay you don’t really know who to message. Overall, the house did its job.

Excellent house

Two minor glitches. Some guest names did not get sent to the guard shack forcing me to call the emergency phone number to get the list updated. It worked out fine. The control for the right side burners needs to be repaired. Both minor annoyances. The house was very nice.

Beautiful place, BUT had bedbugs had to relocate with another offering since WONDER hOMES had no others available, one teen had to see a doctor for the bites They sent me an email stating they're giving me a full refund. The damage depositi has been returned however, I still haven't received my rental money Left the location on June 13

Bedbugs

I went to Orlando with my family and unfortunately it wasn't as great as I hoped. The house we stayed was appeared to be clean but after the first night bed bugs were discovered in the mickey mouse room. 3 of our children had bite marks and one child had an allergic reaction and swelled up. I contacted the host and they sent someone out to check the room. Although they were quick with the response they then told me the room was safe to go back in. I have pictures of bed bugs being seen under the mattress and that room was not safe for anyone to be in. I contact VRBO and the host for updates on the issue but now that I’ve checked out they have stopped communicating with me. This is unsafe and actually disgusting. The lack of concern they have for me and my family is unreal. If you rent these home please check beds to protect your family. I checked out 6 days ago and still haven't gotten a follow up. Also still awaiting $800 deposit back

We stay with our Girl Scout Troop

We loved how the house was set up. We were traveling with a lot of children so I could appreciate not so much little decorum every where. I didn’t have to worry about them breaking anything. The house was very modern and all furniture was in great shape. All adult beds slept well. Twins are def for kids. The pool was great. The yard was big. The kids could play outside. The waterparks that were included with staying were great. We went to two and the kids love them both. Only complaints I had was the two pool table sticks are broke on the tips, but that was so minor, it surely didn’t affect anything.I would def stay again.

Family Vacation

Our family had a great stay at this property. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kids were able to enjoy the pool daily and also go to the water park area. On our last night the kids had a movie night while the adults packed and got ready for our travel home. I would recommend getting additional pots and pans since this home is for larger groups. Also the early quiet time at 8pm was a little disappointing because a lot of times we would just be coming back from the park and the kids wanted to play in the pool. We had to limited them to an hour just so we wouldn’t break the noise rule. Otherwise, everything was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property

Property. Exactly as discribed. If anything we walked in and it was bigger than expected. It is a beautiful property. Upon walking round to inspect for any damage we did notice slight cosmetic damage on the walls which has obviously been caused by feet catching the walls under the breakfast bar. And up the stairs suitcases catching the walls. This did not bother us as it was only small marks but the property may need a paint job just to freshen these areas up. Pool was perfect size. We have a couple of days where the heating wasnt working but the owners where quick to send a maintenance engineer out so cant fault them. Disney 2023

The house was in a great location! Close enough to Disney but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle! The grocery store was right around the corner and plenty of restaurants near by! The house was clean and the perfect size to accommodate everyone comfortably! Our trash was picked up daily which was also a definite plus! Our kids enjoyed the game room, theater room and of course the pool! My only complaint is there were no Wash cloths, only towels and hand towels.

Find another property.. stay away!!!!

If you are looking for a property that will scam you out of your hard working money then this is it . I should've took the other reviewers advice. The home itself was fine for my family and I but to reach someone is very difficult. The staff took hours to reply and most of the time not available or disregard our questions/concerns..the worst part is they waited 3 days after I check out to inform me that I am unable receive my refundable deposit back.. they created bogus fees to the sum of my deposit ($800). Mattress protectors $40, 2 bath towels $30 2 hand towels $10, stained dresser $524.84, stained carpet $100 tax $95.15.We took pictures of the property when we first entered and prior to checking out. The dressers were already stained, walls had markings, 4 patio chairs were put to the side since they damaged, and list of other issues that we informed management (no reply). Nothing joyful about this reservation and I regret booking this property!!

To grill or not to grill

We never got the bbq grill which was paid for… but eventually got refunded… still it would have been nice if it was delivered. It would have been nice to have a chopping board in the property. We had to buy one. How do you expect to cut meat/food for 15+ people without a chopping board?? However, the place is close to a grocery store so we just had to buy one. Over all, it was a nice place. Communication with the property mgt was a little slow as you can’t reach them by phone call but they will answer by text. So it takes a while before they answer. The place is spacious but the walls are thinly insulated as the young kids/older adults have a hard time sleeping because of the noise (it’s just how new homes/mass housing are being built in America) But I was happy as my family was happy. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Wish I had more time to enjoy

I’ve stayed in many rentals so I’m going to start with the positives regarding this rental. Nice clean house with a great location. We left the house early every day and returned exhausted from the sun and rain nightly during our stay so we didn’t get the most out of the house. It is about 30mins with traffic to get to Universal. Unfortunately there were a couple of negatives I would like to share. Since it’s temp controlled it was hot when it was time for bed so we went out and bought fans. We wanted to leave them for the next renters but thought it might get thrown away. Getting a good nights rest was a daily issue. After coming back from being in the sun all day it was a bummer. Secondly was the WI-FI, yes we were on vacation but some of us had to log on and check work emails. It was extremely slow so we just gave up and used it outside the house. Fortunately there was a pool which was a plus to cool off or just get a workout in. I don’t want to this to reflect negatively for potential rentals since these were our issues. Thank you for allowing us to stay

Not happy at all with the property management for this listing. Had several issues during our stay that took 3 days to get a response from them. Would not recommend this property management to friends or family
