The space
Spacious 2 bedroom condo in Orange Lake Resort, a premier property in the heart of it all right next to Disney World attractions and a short drive to either Universal Studios or Sea World. The villa you will enjoy is over 1,200 square feet with living room, kitchen, dining, and outdoor patio spaces. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen for those who prefer to eat in, a full-sized washer/dryer to help save luggage space, and most of the other amenities one would commonly expect while staying at your home away from home.

While many families visit this property due to its proximity to the theme parks, the 1,450-acre Orlando resort has so much of its own to offer. Family fun includes a 12-acre Waterpark with tropical lazy river, 7 additional pools with hot tubs, 80-acre lake with watersports, two 18-hole miniature golf courses, multiple arcades, game rooms, and fitness centers, 9 restaurants, championship golf course, tennis, racquetball, and basketball courts, plus a daily activities program for all ages.

- The guest listed on the reservation must provide a driver's license or passport to check-in and the minimum age to check-in is 21.

- Daily housekeeping services not provided.

- With the exception of service animals, no pets are allowed on the resort.

- You can smoke outside on balconies and in designated areas on the resort only - a $500 fine will apply if it has been determined that smoking has occurred in your villa.

- A security deposit of $115 for your stay will be charged on either a credit or debit card when you check-in. Deposit will be released at the conclusion of your stay.

- You may be afforded an opportunity to attend a sales presentation with certain inducements as part of the check in process. The choice to attend is 100% up to you and is not required during your stay.
