Unfortunately, We were unable to stay at the house that we booked due to issues with the home. We got relocated to another rental that was significantly less appealing than the one we originally wanted to stay in. We also got the wrong code for the door to the rental property and was without communication after several attempts of contacting the property manager. The home that we actually stayed in was supposed to be an upgrade but it was very underwhelming and dated.

The house itself was accurate to the pictures online, however it many broken/ defective parts. To start off we had a very hard time checking in. We got held up at the gate for at least an hour because we were being told that we didn’t have a reservation and that we needed to contact the owners. We had contacted the owners several days before our check in to make sure that everything was all set and that there would be no problems. It was very frustrating being told that after a 20 hour plus drive. The hot tub was down 7 out of the 10 days we stayed when we specifically requested it be ready a month in advance. Serval sinks in the bathrooms didn’t work or had loose spouts. The shower in one of the master bed rooms had such high pressure had it was painful to take a shower in. The tvs in the house were hard to navigate and didn’t offer any programs besides direct tv. The house itself wasn’t cleaned very well either. There were several dead bugs in the house.There were also a lot of spots in the house that you could tell haven’t been cleaned in a while. We found serval personal items from a previous guest such as, underwear, a hairbrush, and a razor. Overall we weren’t very impressed with the house and definitely won’t be renting this unit again.

Great location!

Clean, neat, and as described. We did struggle with the hot tub getting warm. Communication via VRBO app was prompt, however, the jacuzzi didn’t get warmer than the pool until the last day. And we did pay 150 for the heating fee. The house was clean, huge, and a great neighborhood. We enjoyed the Oasis Club. Easy in and out, gated community, we felt safe. Everyone was very friendly.
