From the first moment we walked in the door, we knew we were in for a special stay. The house is exactly as nice as the photos online - every room is brimming with Disney magic! We had 15 people in our party and yet the house felt spacious. The kids in our group were never bored - between the slide, playroom, and pool they tired themselves out every evening. We loved taking advantage of the movie room and popcorn machine too! The communication with the hosts was next level - the information they provide is so detailed and organized...I felt truly taken care of during our stay. I cannot recommend this property enough!

5 stars aren't enough to rate this stay! If I could give 10 I would! Such a great, great house. Each room seems more whimsical and fun than the last. It seemed like the house is a destination in and of itself. Highly, highly recommend!

The house is beautiful and lived up to all of the photos! Everyone was so pleased with their room, and the themes made it so much more enchanting! Having our own heated pool and hot tub was such a nice treat after a long day, exploring the area, we could even see large planes overhead, which we all enjoyed! Our smaller kids, never once uttered the words, “I’m bored” since the house offers so much for all ages to enjoy. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, even spices. The location and resorts were both fantastic and the beds were soooo comfortable! We would love to visit again!

Check in was extremely quick and easy. House was better than the pictures. The 3 play areas for kids was absolutely amazing and great for all ages 10-1yr old. The pictures we sent to family and friends resulted in one of them booking the same house for later this year. Owners were very involved and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will be staying at their properties again next year

Something for everyone

Leading up to the stay, everyone - kids and adults alike, were excited reviewing the pictures of the property and not a single thing disappointed! The Peter Pan themed rooms were a big hit, as were the theater room and the Harry Potter Lego display! The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. It was especially nice not having to worry about packing all the seasonings! The outdoor area provided plenty of seating and the complementary propane was so appreciated. Messages to the host were responded to quickly and information about the property was easy to find. We had an amazing time!

"Our Up House"

Absolutely amazing!! When I asked my 4 year old granddaughter what was her favorite part of our Disney vacation she replied, "Our Up House"!! That is how cool the Up playhouse is in Michelle and Brandon's rental property. I am a real researcher when it comes to selecting a rental home for our family trips. My husband and I brought our daughters with their husbands and our three grandchildren. Communication was stellar from day one and throughout our stay. It might sound crazy (yet it really is not) but one of the main things that attracted us to this house was the extra rolls of toilet paper, coffee bar, waffle bar and heated pool/spa. These little things meant so much. I cannot adequately explain how amazing the themed bedrooms are. From Lion King to Frozen, Harry Potter to Villains, Tinkerbell to Peter Pan. All amazing. Comfortable beds, good lighting, clean bathrooms, etc etc. The kitchen has photos in each cabinet so it was easy to put things back where they belonged. The dining table was big and fit us all. Living room was comfortable. Big TV's. PeterPan playroom was the most creative we have ever seen! Really amazing details. The movie theatre is fantastic! The outside space is so nice. We had cold weather so only used the pool for about an hour but it was so much fun! Our family enjoyed our time at this house more than we can explain. Publix and Walgreens a few minutes away. Disney not too far as well. Beautiful, secure community! We would love to return one day soon!

Awesome Vacation

Our family had an awesome vacation at the champions gate house we stayed at. The two added club resorts made our days fun and busy. The house itself offered so much entertainment our kids 1-9 had a blast playing on the pirate ship and sliding down the 2 story slide. What an adventure. Then after dinner we all retired to the upstairs movie theater to watch our favorite movies with an incredible surround sound system and large screen. Our host Michelle and Brandon were amazing and quickly corrected any problem that came up. We have stayed at other properties and this one definitely did not disappoint us. My daughter is already talking about a return trip.

The house is a vacation in and of itself

Where to begin… magical, attention to detail, endless activities for the kids, clean, convenient, spacious. The house had it all; a kids dream! Us = 9 adults and 6 kids (ages 3-6). The house never felt crowded. Each family had their own space/bathroom with plenty of areas to play and gather. Michelle is a next-level host. You feel it from the moment you arrive. The welcome treats, waffle bar, smores tools, coffee/tea, photos inside the cabinets showing the kitchen utensils, helpful notes and QR code videos to explain how to operate appliances, note on the front door, laundry pods/dryer sheets, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. All of these little details add to an stress-free experience for traveling parents. Everything was as pictured (but better in real life). Things not apparent from the photos: beds were comfortable; patio furniture, couch, and theater chairs were also comfy; kitchen is large and stocked; propane grill was easy to use; big outdoor cooler; bag of magnatrax and metal panels upstairs; wagon, BOB stroller, 2 pack n plays, and a small crib with sheets; tons of beach towels; awesome oasis retreat was a 10 min walk; QR code for gated community access (just use the rightmost lane); neighborhood was safe and conveniently located (3 min to Publix and liquor, 40 min to attractions which is great for Orlando). What are you waiting for? BOOK this house!

We traveled from Indiana. 16 people stayed in this house and never felt overcrowded. The themed rooms were so fun. The beds were so comfortable! Beautiful home. I would recommend booking!

Magical vacation

What a wonder home! The detail in each room is unbelievable. The activities in the house kept the children entertained for the entire stay. The slide was the best, every morning the kids came down from their rooms this way. Sitting on animal stools for breakfast and Morning and night time swims. Communication with the owners was top notch. This is a remarkable rental. The Oasis club was also very good. There is a restaurant, bar and pools to swim in.

Magical Moments

Everything we expected, hoped for and more! What a wonderful trip for my wife, 3 year old, 2 year old and myself. Never have we stayed at a property/home quite like this. The creativity, thought and detail that were put into this home were just amazing. It would take you a day or two just to tour the home seeking out the little details that have been put in place to create the experience. The little ones were in their glory the entire time. After a cancelled flight and rebook, we arrived at the home after 10pm so the kids were already fast asleep as we walked in and put them into their beds...so you can imagine the reaction when they woke up inside this house... to quote my 3 year old, "oh my god"...as they walked into the UP house... forget when they realized their was a tree fort and pirate ship! If you can think of it, the property has it... if you didnt think of it, Michelle did. There was only one downside to the entire stay...explaining to a 2 and 3 year old that no, this was not their new house! Now we might just have to build a club house under the staircase back home :) Michelle and Brandon were always responsive with immediate care and it was a worry free trip! I will also note, we rent houses yearly, typically in Florida, California or Mexico, and this was the first house that when you pay for a heated pool, you receive a heated pool! Not the owners heating the pool on a schedule or only here and there...so we greatly appreciated that! We will be back!

Family vacation

This house had no shortage of fun. The details the owners incorporated were second to none. From the uniquely themed lighting in various spaces (LED stars on the ceiling of the movie theater room, blue/green lights behind “ice” blocks in Elsa’s room, the battery candles suspended from Harry Potter’s room and MORE!), the neat outdoor space with creative yet functional seating, the children’s play space beneath the steps close to the main hub of the home, the indoor pirate play space, we could go on and on. The activities for kids upstairs (Magnatrak marbles, video games, air hockey, shuffle board), this home was well-equipped to keep anyone and everyone of all ages entertained. The heated pool and hot tub were a must for our crew, which we enjoyed throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this home and look forward to trying out their additional properties in the future. Thank you for being such great hosts, communicating with us promptly when questions arose.

Family Christmas

The property was enjoyed by all! Something for everyone within the house! The Up house was a hit with the littles and the slide/pirate ship was so fun too! Beds were very comfy and we all had enough room to spread out in the house. Evening movies in the theatre were great too! Very easy to get in and out of the resort with our QR codes and we had no trouble with traffic. Hope to be back someday again!

What We Hoped and Dreamt For

Outstanding Property! Located in a very lovely gated community. Extremely easy access via freeway to all four DW Parks, Universal, etc. Now for the Home! Very clean and well kept. Minor things from previous tenants that were being addressed. Communication with owners was lightning quick when we had a question. All bedrooms and baths were meticulously detailed with their respective theme and oh so lovely. The UP house was Amazing-both children and adults were in love! And the pirate ship and play area!!!! A child’s dream come true. Play, Imagination, and Climbing unlimited. The pool and hot tub were fantastic to help muscles relax after walking all day and the kids lived the pool. If we ever have the opportunity to visit the area again, their properties will be the first we look at… without hesitation!

Great house for families

We had a 17-day stay for 11 adults and 4 small children. The house is very well equipped for families - a lot of beds, towels, kitchen utensils etc. The doors to the outside have an alarm system, to keep it safe for kids. The UP playhouse and the Neverland play area are great for children and were very helpful in keeping the kids busy during the days we stayed home. Michelle was a great host and promptly answered whenever needed. We'll definitely consider staying in this home again on a next trip. Thanks for everything, Michelle.

Such a fun house

We stayed for a family vacation and it was such a great house for what we needed. Everyone was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. We had 3 toddlers and they absolutely had a blast!! This house is great for families with young kids.

Fun fun and more fun!

We had such a great time at this home! We wanted a place where we could have easy access to the Disney parks but also be able to rest in between park visits, this home was perfect! The house is themed perfectly and gives kids and adults lots to do or if you choose, do nothing at all. The beds, linens and pillows were great! This is one of the most important items I look for in a home rental. Nothing worse than a bad nights sleep but here, you sleep very well! The neighborhood gets quite busy on the weekends so make sure you check in with the security team at the gate to get the orange pass before the weekend. You can breeze through the far right lane as long as you have that orange pass. All in all, a great vacation and such a great home to spend time with friends and family in!
