I had just had eye surgery, so I didn’t see or take advantage of anything but our room. It was clean and the beds and pillows comfortable. I was unable to get much water to stay in the tub for a bath, as I was unable to take a shower because of my eyes. The towels were large and soft, as was the bath mat. I look forward to returning if the need arises.

Well, the ambience with the hotel was extremely nice, however, we were only having a one night stay which turned into an absolute disaster. My husband and I were staying one night and then taking a cruise out of Port Canaveral, Florida the next day. We made reservations at the salt and the cellar, the restaurant within the hotel. We specifically told the waiter multiple times that I had very serious food. Allergies could not have anything hot or spicy. Therefore, we proceeded to order a ginger ale. Plain soda. The ginger ale had chili peppers in the soda, I then proceeded to go into full anaphylactic shock and almost cardiac arrest in the restaurant. Needless to say, we missed our cruise as I went into full cardiac arrhythmias. They charged us for my husband’s meal, I was in the hospital the following day going in and out of super ventricular tachycardia/heart arrhythmia caused from the anaphylaxis. The hotel charged us 3999 for bread and coffee, while our coffee machine was broken in the room. Also, we missed our $5000 cruise, not to mention cost for airfare and an extra five days for the rental car as we were unable to leave Florida due to the cardiac arrhythmias. The hotel proceeded to charge us over $1600 as we had to stay five more days unexpectedly due to the anaphylaxis and heart issues. So needless to say, we were stunned.. this was a life and death situation that was caused by the restaurant, owned by the hotel. A letter was written to the owner… No response

Great staff at every station/ area. Impecable rooms. The restaurant is an absolute must. Stayed three times and by far my favourite hotel on Florida. One of my top 5 across the globe. Special note to the staff at breakfast, as i am arriving to sit and my cold brew was brought without even asking. Small gesture that made my morning a great one.

The hotel is located next to a bunch of strip malls. Not what I expected. The restaurant is lovely and the service was great, but if surroundings are important to you, this did not feel 5 star.

The most wonderful stay at Ette. Every member of the staff is a testament to this property. From the most lovely aromatherapy massage at the lush spa to the possibly the best crispy tofu at the great Salt and Cellar - hands down my fave meal in Orlando. I stayed in a roomy king suite, plenty of space for all of my luggage and to lounge about and relax. Thank you Luciano for offering a late check out so I can shower before my flight home too. I can’t wait to come back on day! Also a great option if you’re visiting Disney - so close - I used ride shares my entire trip and it was easy.

This hotel is outstanding but the best part is the staff. They are so friendly and welcoming. Every single person we had contact with was exceptional. The room was so well kept and they even checked back in the early evening to see if we needed anything. We were so excited about this hotel, we booked another week in December.
