All trash needs to be in trasg bags otherwise they wont collect and will fine. They collect trash everyday in the afternoon. Just bring your trash bags from inside to the bins outside as needed.

This is friendly neighborhood with lots kids. Please drive slow and keep the noise to a respectable level. No parties!

We appreciate if you fill the dishwasher upon leaving and turn it on.

Liked: Communication, location
The pool was pretty low when we arrived. Had issues with the door key pad. It wouldn’t unlock. We ended up going in through the back sliding door. The furniture needs to be replaced especially the couch. Not enough towels. The beds in a couple of the rooms need new mattresses. The lights over the kitchen table have dead bugs in the lights.
