Terrible customer service

My family and I stayed there on the ground floor level for 4 nights. The family upstairs had children and they were running around stomping on the floor all day and all night and we couldn’t sleep at all. I called the customer service number a complained about it 3/4 night we were there. Of course no communication or follow up from the building manger or any kind of management at all. All asked for more blankets and didn’t receive any of those either. Terrible and wouldn’t recommend

Michigan snowbirds with 17 night stay

Condo was as listed and very comfortable. Nicely decorated. Very disappointed that it had analog tv with very few stations. Internet was intermittent and was continually booting us off. You must log in to their internet and use wireless calling for phone and text messaging and was frustrating when constantly lost connection. Pool use was a challenge for all those that would go very early and reserve their loungers for the day ( whether they were at pool or not). So, condo itself was nice but amenties you are paying for in that price (tv, internet and Pool) was subpar and a true let down. 😔

Spring Break for Softball

Nice property with a great location for us. Condo was comfortable! Only down side was people living above had young children that were up at all hours. Beds comfortable, new couch, and kitchen was just what we needed.
