Here’s a rewritten version of your feedback: I was deeply disappointed and disgusted with my stay. Upon check-in, the temperature was 36 degrees outside , and the heater inside the until was 65 degrees as the unit was not working. I contacted the host the next morning, who was responsive and sent someone to fix it, which I appreciated. However, the unit had roaches in the main bathroom. When I informed the host, I was told, "This is Florida, and you will see roaches every now and then; the unit is on pest control." As a Florida resident myself, I found this response unacceptable—roaches may be common to the host, but they are not to me. The master shower was another issue—it was filled with mold and mildew in the grout and even had blood at the bottom. It was so unhygienic that I had to shower at a family member’s rental home instead. While the host was kind and communicative, the condition of the property was extremely disappointing for both me and my family.

This condo was great for a short stay. It was a great location, and description was accurate. There were a few small things that we already addressed with the property owner, but nothing that was a huge deal for us. We had a great stay!

Better than expected

Condo was super clean, beds were comfy and location is perfect. Both the host and the owner were very quick to respond. A little low on dinnerware but it was enough for 2 of us. The only surprise was the missing gate security and the onsite restaurant and pool bar but it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.
