Amazing!! Lives up to expectations!

I've stayed by several places in Orlando area before from vrbo. But this by far lives up to the expectations. Super clean (and my family can be picky about this). No wear and tear, very nicely upkept. And Mimi is amazing, available any time, quickly addressing anything you need as if its top priority. Loved it here, would go again and recommend that you do too!

Cute vacation home with all the fun things

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. We were in Orlando for a family reunion, wedding anniversary & 2 surprise engagements. Even with all of the excitement, the kids loved getting home, playing either in the garage space or pool with plenty of beds to crash at the end of the day. The satellite connection is a little spotty so be sure to save the check in process prior to arriving to the home. Mimi was really great at responding quickly and helping us get in, when we didn’t realize this. If you plan on shopping for food before arriving, know that the house appears to be cleared of all things between guests. A pain for the guest, but probably due to making it safer for their guests (which I appreciated). So plan accordingly (yes- buy the salt & pepper). Overall, this home is a great place to recharge after a day at the park, the clubhouse is accessible, not a horribly far drive from the beach, a safe community and has all the things around you that you would need. We look forward to staying here again!

After several phone calls we were told we could check in an hour early at 3pm. We arrived at the same time as the cleaners and they allowed us to sit in the living room while they cleaned. They spent less than an hour cleaning a four bedroom house. We spent a month there and had only 8 towels for a house that allowed 10 persons and no extra sheets for the beds. Our call was answered promptly and they sent extra towels the next day. Extra sheets were brought later after I told her we would make do and no longer needed them. The hosts responded quickly anytime we called. It was an interesting house, loved the "UP" mural in the living room. There needs to be instructions for the Thermostat. We never did figure it out but our fault because we didn't call about it. All in all we enjoyed our stay. However after we got home I received an email saying a claim had been filed for a damaged microwave and a missing sheet. I noticed the crack on the side of the microwave door but assumed they knew about it (mistake) and every sheet that was there when we arrived was there when we left. We had paid for insurance so this did not cost us anything and supposedly will not effect us in the future but I definitely do not like being accused of something I didn't do. The host claimed the cleaners took pictures before and after we arrived but we were there the entire time the cleaners were and they definitely took no pictures.

Love it!

I had a great stay! House is exactly as in pictures. The pool is great, it’s really fun with all the pool toys and privacy screens. The host is very responsive, my texts were answered within minutes. A five star experience!
