Delightful 4 bedroom home - Highlands Reserve - private pool, hot tub & games room

A delightful 4 bedroom home with private pool, hot tub and games room, located on the popular Highlands Reserve community. Backing onto luscious conservation greenery, Casa DiLaura is the perfect place for your Florida getaway.

The bright living area has plenty of comfortable seating and large TV with cable services. The space leads out to the generous pool deck which faces west.

Around the pool and spa there are a number of loungers to enjoy the sunshine, plus a table and chairs under a covered shaded area. Please inquire if pool heating or BBQ rental is desired.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances and utensils you may need to cater for your group. There is a breakfast nook as well as formal dining area for enjoying meals.

The sophisticated master bedroom has a kingsize bed plus ensuite with double sinks and walk-in shower. There are two well-presented queen bedrooms with plenty of storage. There is a further bedroom with a full and twin sized bed. All bedrooms have their own TVs. High quality towels and linens are provided, together with washing and drying facilities.

There is also a games room which includes a pool table, ping pong, air hockey table and darts board. You will never want to leave this fantastic vacation home!

Highlands Reserve is a prestige golf & country club excellently located on Hwy 27, close to all the shops and restaurants along Hwy 192, and I4 which connects you to all Orlando has to offer as wells as the gulf coast beaches. Disney World is just 15 minutes drive. Set amongst the peaceful championship golf course, guest facilities include community pool, tennis court, children’s playground and golf clubhouse.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.
