Grocery bags are not allowed. Loose trash will not be picked up.
NO Liquids are allowed; please empty all containers and bags properly.
All large and medium-sized cardboard boxes must be flattened and small boxes must be bagged.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. before check-in.

***For your safety, this home is equipped with outdoor security cameras outside by the front.

Perfect House

Chose this house due to location near Disney and a business conference and it was the perfect fit. The house was exactly as described, it was clean upon arrival, all appliances worked, the beds were comfortable. It is in a community that has a clubhouse with a pool table and a nice community pool. Has a private hot tub and outdoor barbecue, which we did not use. I’ve rented a lot of homes for business conferences and I would definitely stay in this home again.

Regal Oaks- Great location with amenities

We had a very nice time! Unit worked very well for our family with small children. No carpet which leads to echo but easier cleaning which is preferred! (Baseboards could use a dusting.) Host was flexible and responsive! Thanks Barbara! We will be back!

Everything was good, but if the king size bed was downstairs also my son and daughter- in- law could have used the upstairs and we elderly could use the downstairs comfortably.
