My family and I had an amazing stay! Our host was absolutely outstanding—he responded to every concern within seconds and consistently followed up to make sure everything was going well. When the internet was acting up, he immediately offered helpful suggestions and solutions. What really stood out was his level of care: not only did he text, but he also called to personally ensure everything was taken care of. His communication and attentiveness made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend booking this property—you won’t be disappointed!

Property and host were excellent. Facilities were as described and clean and perfectly suited our family group of 13. However you need to aware of the strict parking situation and overzealous onsite security and towing companies. When checking in with the security time on our first day we were told not to park on the grass or block a fire hydrant. We took these instructions on board and also followed the instruction on the sign directly opposite the property which states that parking is not allowed on that side of the street so we assumed that it was ok to park outside the house as long as we followed the instructions given by the security team. On the 3rd morning of our stay we awoke to find one of our hire vehicles missing. After speaking to the security team we were informed that it had been towed during the night for not adhering to the parking restrictions. It was only after the vehicle had been towed that we noticed 2 signs, one which is situated four houses up the street and another approximately 100 yards further down the street instructing you that you should not park on the street between these two signs. It is almost impossible to see, let alone read, these signs at night which is when we returned to the house and parked the vehicle. Be aware if booking to stay at this property.

The property was exactly as described on the listing. We had 5 adults and 3 children and everyone had plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the community waterpark, mini golf and game room was a big hit with the kids. The communication with the property manager was excellent!A note for future guests would be to bring general kitchen cooking spices, etc. if you plan to prepare meals. The kitchen is full stocked with cookware, plates, utensils, etc. but you will need to provide all food, condiments, etc. The location was perfect for us. 15-20 minute easy drive to all Disney parks and 5 minutes to grocery stores. If you are on the fence whether to book this property don’t be…you will not be disappointed.

Space for everyone

The home itself is exactly what is shown. Ensure you check your invitation for checking into the community because it is gated.We had 15 guests and everyone was comfortable. We love having the pool and extended outdoor space.Management and owner were very responsive to questions and worked to resolve any concern.

Great Family Vacation

This property and the host were simply amazing! Communication was consistent and the process of checking in and out was seamless. The property was very spacious and clean upon arrival, and the kids LOVED the water park at the resort. We would definitely visit again.

Very Clean and Spacious

It’s a beautiful home! I loved the location. With having teenagers, it was nice to have a Starbucks and Publix nearby for a quick run. The house was very clean.The only complaint I have out of the whole trip is the hot tub was not getting hot like a hot tub is suppose to be. Thank you for your kindness throughout our stay.

Amazing stay

This property is even better than the photos. The rooms are all great sizes, everything was very clean and the house had everything you need for your stay. We had a total of 9 people ranging from ages 8 to 17 and 3 adults. We had so much extra space. The owner is also very responsive if you need anything additional. The location is very close to Disney and ESPN. There is a heavy presence of security to get into the neighborhood which was nice so that the resort pool is not overwhelmed with people who aren’t staying there. The private pool was the best part - it was clean, warm and so much fun for both kids and adults. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again next year when we return. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a true getaway, whether it be to simply enjoy the house and private pool or for Disney.

Just like the pictures !!!

My family of 10 had a great stay at this home. The decor and the place looked exactly like the pictures. The bedding and towels you could tell were professionally cleaned. The house was very spacious. The neighborhood is busy but quiet at night. Lots of traffic in the area but close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Check in process was very smooth.Abishan was a wonderful host and did an excellent job with communication. Pool area was nice and we enjoyed the hot tub. Also great that trash is picked up daily. I gave a 4 for the cleanliness of the property because the floors could have used some cleaning but that was a minor thing. Overall a great stay and I would stay at this house again !!!!!

Windsor Resort

We stayed for 5 nights. We had a great time. The kids loved the upstairs game area. The pool/hot tub was one of the best we have had. Owner was very good at replying to all communication. Second time we have stayed at this resort. This time was the best experience we had.

Sunshine Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this holiday house! The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all got a great night's sleep. The large outdoor entertaining area was perfect for gatherings and relaxation. We loved spending time in our private pool, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. The location was ideal—situated on a quiet street, yet just a short walk from the fantastic Windsor Island clubhouse. The kids had a blast with the water slides and the FREE arcade, we also enjoyed the delicious food and drinks available by the poolside. It was the perfect getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next trip! Highly recommend!

Soccer Weekend

Shared this property with 2 other families. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Worked out perfectly. Living room upstairs was a great hang out for the kids. Kitchen was plenty big enough for everyone. Only things to be aware of is that you are not provided much when it comes to kitchen and bath items and pool/hot tub do not fully heat when outside temp is cold. Other than that, great house.

Perfect Family Getaway: Beautiful Home, Great Location, and Top-Notch Amenities!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Davenport, Florida! From the start, the owner was excellent at communicating with us, ensuring we had all the information we needed before our trip. The house is located in a lovely gated community, which added an extra sense of security. The clubhouse was a huge highlight for our family, featuring a stunning pool, lazy river, slides, sand volleyball, basketball court, mini golf, and even relaxing cabanas. The house itself exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally clean from top to bottom, with plenty of bedrooms and a well-stocked kitchen that had all the appliances, pots, pans, and utensils we needed. The televisions were well-sized, and the pool area was perfect, complete with a hot tub for relaxation. We also loved the convenience of having a Starbucks, Publix, and CVS within a half-mile of the house. Now, that's convenient! Everything in the home worked exactly as described, and we didn’t need to contact the owner for anything during our stay. Instructions for check-out were clear and easy to follow, which we appreciated. Overall, we had a safe, enjoyable, and memorable family weekend in Florida. A big thank you to the owner for providing such a wonderful experience!
