Pictures looked better than the actual property

First, we thought we were renting a home based on pictures but it was actually a condo. Upon entering there were several things that had not been kept up with or fixed. Front entry door frame looked like it was coming off, several window blinds were missing, living room floor was bubbling up, walls had imperfections, 1 restroom the water was barely draining after showering, restroom shelf’s were coming off walls, one of the dining room chairs were broken and the bench was very unsteady. It seems as the owners of this property have barely put money back into it. Then the keypad locked us out at one point 3 days after arriving and it took them almost 2 hours until we were able to get back in. I tried several times to go to the shared gym and it was never open. I called and no one would never answer. Pool was pretty small compared to the amount of units. We will not stay at this property again when we return.

Had a couple of issues with the keyless entry and the air but was fixed quickly. Had no issues contacting management. Condo was clean and exactly as advertised. Will definitely be back.
