Nice condo, decent location
The condo overall was clean and nice. The front desk workers were excellent and friendly. I had to contact Vacasa about the broken chain lock when we got there. I wished we had that extra security since it was me and my 2 daughters. One of the elevators in our tower did not work with the multiple key cards we were given. We resorted to just using the stairs up the multiple floors. The front desk and maintenance attempted to fix it. Several people had an issue with this. We must have been extra unlucky because the other two elevators never dropped for us to try those. I suggest renters bring hot pads for the oven, glasses to drink out of, and any special kitchen utensils you normally use. They do have pots, pans, lots of small drinking glasses, plates, bowls, silverware, and mixing bowls. The top bunk is cramped with a low ceiling. My daughter hit her head a few times. There are plugs on both levels on the bunks for charging things. The ladder makes lots of noise when the person goes up and down it. The place looks updated so no issues there. It is close to Disney, 17-30 minutes from the convention center, and little farther to Universal. The pools, dock, game room, and fitness areas were well maintained. There is a balcony and you get a good view of the lake where you might spot a gator or two. The front walkway is open so you can view the fireworks from Disney.
