Welcome to our lovely three bed two bath property in Kissimmee, Florida
Nestled in a prime location, just minutes from Disney, Universal and many other local attractions. Just an hour drive to either coast for fantastic beaches and golf galore. This is the perfect place to enjoy your family vacation or romantic getaway. Enjoy cool dips in the on-site pool, or relax in the hot tub after a long day in the parks or adventuring.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Change of bedsheets is available on request.

Host canceled day we arrived for a 4 week stay

Thank GOD for VRBO. We drove from Michigan arrived in Florida and went to check in host tried to give us a different unit and canceled our reservation. We contacted VRBO and they had a 3 way call with the host. The host reason for cancellation was a national disaster. What a story. Mr. VRBO found quite a few places that we could stay with the VRBO support we did not stay at Caribe Cove and we had stayed there 3 previous years. The resort and condo they arranged was outstanding. I would not recommend this host as this is not the first time they have done this to folks. Caribe Cove is a wonderful place to stay, but don’t rent this unit.

Poor communication and refusal to fix mistakes

The stay itself was fine. Lots of stress with communication and refusal to accommodate change or issue refund even when the unit was rebooked. Wrong dates were booked on VRBO side. Played games saying we had to go through VRBO but when I reached out to VRBO they say it was in the hands of the property manager/ owner. We were given no check in information until after check in time and we had to reach out. Unit didn’t have enough toilet paper or dish washer soap. We had to go purchase. Added a lot of unnecessary stress to the experience.

Switched property emerald island instead of caribe bay

Host had a last minute issue with the condo we were renting out of his control so he offered us another place in a different community. Very Nice place with better amenities. Only negative,was hot tub didn’t work at all and we would’ve enjoyed using it. Host was going to have someone look at it and never saw anyone nor did it work.

Terrible experience and we didn’t even get to stay in the unit!!

We booked this property back on 2/3/24, two months ahead and I reached out to the host on 3/27 asking when we would get the address so we could map out the drive. She responded that we would get it 2 days before. Again that was on 3/27/24. On 4/4/24 we left for the unit and It took us 2.5 hours to get to the rental, arriving a couple hours after check in due to work hours and traffic. I get to the location and the guest service person asked if I received the code to the door. I hadn’t so she instructed me to call the host. I did and she called me back and said oh I cancelled this, the property is already rented on another platform. I was confused because I received nothing prior to being told this. She offered absolutely no apology, I had 6 adults and 2 kids under 3 now stranded with no place to stay and we had tickets for Disney and wanted to stay close to the parks. Her offering was “To be honest, you can book another unit there on another site for way less.” Again no apology AT ALL. And btw we couldn’t get another unit at that property. Just a refund that I didn’t get immediately and had no additional funds to book another hotel. Our vacation was absolutely ruined. Beware she posts her unit on different platforms. I called Vrbo and they noted the cancellation was 2 hours after our check in time, tried to reach out and she didn’t answer the phone and they had to leave a voicemail. Next time I’ll just stay at my usual go to hotel, even if we have to rent two rooms!!!
