☆☆ BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS ☆☆
Guests of all ages are guaranteed to find the perfect bedroom in this spacious home. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, both of which are wheelchair accessible. The other five bedrooms are on the second floor.

The main-level bedrooms each feature a king-sized bed and flat-screen TV. Both first-floor bedrooms feature an ensuite bathroom and one offers direct access to the outdoor patio and pool area. There is also a detached half-bathroom on this floor.

On the second floor, there is one bedroom with a king-sized bed. The remaining four bedrooms are incredibly decorated according to different themes tailored toward young travelers. The Harry Potter room has two full beds, the Alice in Wonderland has two twin beds, the Mickey room has one king-size bed, the Peter Pan room has 1 full-size bed, and the Star Wars room has a bunk bed with one full and one twin size bed.

All bathrooms are stocked with travel-sized soap, shampoo, conditioner, and plush towels. Please remember to stop at the supermarket to buy any other supplies you may need for your stay.

☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆

The fully equipped kitchen is sure to please the chef of your group. This spacious area boasts stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials for whipping up tasty meals for the whole family. There’s also a Keurig coffee maker to make your morning caffeine intake a breeze.

Once it’s time to eat, you can cozy up to the kitchen island (seating four), eat as a group at the formal dining table (seating eight), or enjoy alfresco dining at the outdoor table (seating eight). You can seat 20 people across all the sitting areas, making this an incredible place for making memories while enjoying a meal with everyone.

☆☆ LIVING ROOMS ☆☆
Multi-family groups will find it easy to be together or get some privacy thanks to the two separate living rooms. There is one first-floor living room and one Mickey Mouse-themed loft. Both are outfitted with comfy sofas and flat-screen smart TVs. This home has so many places for people to quietly relax or gather and play together. You will find everyone is able to be refreshed and make memories for a lifetime.

The garage has been converted into a small game room that the whole family is sure to love. Enjoy a vacation tournament of air hockey, giant Jenga, or a basketball hoop game.

Step outside onto the private patio and enjoy the lush surroundings. The screened-in patio is the perfect place to hang out after a long day at the parks. This luxurious area features a private pool and hot tub with a safety net for the kiddos and sun loungers for everyone to enjoy.

In addition to the amazing private outdoor space, guests can also take advantage of the incredible resort amenities. The clubhouse sits a few blocks from the home along with the water park and other resort amenities. Here is a short list:

Resort Fee

We will reimburse guests for the Waterpark Access Fee upon receiving proof of payment made at the clubhouse. Please send a copy or photo of your receipt for reimbursement.

Guest access:
Guests will have full access to Casa Ohana, including the huge resort and all of its incredible amenities (full list above).

Free secured parking is available on the driveway(2-3 cars) and for a maximum of 5 vehicles. No trailers are allowed to enter the community.

For those traveling with little ones, we offer Pack n’ Plays, a highchair, a tension stair gate, at no additional cost. **All items must be requested 14 days prior to your arrival.

Please note: A baseline setting of Pool Heat - set to 80 degrees in the summer (May - Sep), and 85 degrees in the winter (Sep - Apr) is included in your reservation. The Heat Pump Runs from (6AM – 10PM).

During the winter, to constantly maintain a more moderate pool temperature, it requires a higher temperature (typically 90 degrees) and the pump is usually required to run 24 HRS a day during your stay. If this sounds like a better option for you, we can provide this service at an additional cost of $35 / Day. Please let our team know at least 24 HRS in advance, as it can take that amount of time to heat the pool with cooler outdoor temperatures.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

GRILL : Enjoy the grill during your stay! Most homes in the area charge extra, but we include it for you! Guests are kindly asked to provide their own propane for the grill. Occasionally, previous guests may leave some behind, so you may be able to use it, but as a general rule, guests should plan to bring or swap propane at a local exchange station.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments will be provided prior to check-in.

Other things to note
Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same-day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.

In accordance with local regulations and the requirements of our insurance provider, guests may be asked to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. This agreement is intended to ensure transparency and provide protection for both parties.

Please remember that you're staying in someone's home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action immediately; however, please keep in mind there is no one living on site 24/7. If you have an issue with the home, please let us know so we can fix it immediately!
